I placed an order for Comet shoes on 9 February 2026 through 10 Hills Studio. Unfortunately, the order had to be cancelled because my size was not available in stock. Initially, the refund process and customer support response were slower than expected, which caused some inconvenience. Due to the limited response, I sent an email expressing my concern about the delay and the customer service experience. Within 24 hours, Kushaan Sengupta personally called me to address the issue. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the delay occurred because I had contacted their business WhatsApp number, which prevented them from responding promptly. He assured me that they are working to improve their communication so similar issues do not occur in the future. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and the effort taken to resolve my concern. While the initial experience could have been smoother, the response from their team afterward was professional and reassuring.
