I visited this restaurant in December 2025 with a friend, and it turned out to be a great dining experience. We ordered their Crispy Pizza along with Cheesy Bread and drinks. The service flow was smooth—our Cheesy Bread arrived first, served warm and perfectly baked, followed by the Crispy Pizza shortly after. Both items were flavorful, well-prepared, and offered excellent value for money. The staff was trained, courteous, and responsive throughout our visit, ensuring everything was served on time and to our satisfaction. The ambiance of the restaurant added even more to the experience; it features a cool and inviting atmosphere with a clean and well-maintained environment. The décor is catchy, modern, and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for friends, families, or even casual solo dining. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting if you’re looking for quality food, good service, and a pleasant setting. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning again.

Review of 14th Street Pizza (Kohinoor City, Faisalabad and nationwide) I had a very disappointing experience with 14th Street Pizza, specifically at the Kohinoor City Faisalabad branch. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be limited to one location. The same poor quality is being served across Pakistan. The pizza quality was extremely poor. The so called extreme crust, which is priced much higher than regular pizzas, was about 80 percent dough and barely 20 percent filling. It felt heavy, dry, and completely unbalanced. They also claim it is a double layered pizza, which is simply not true. That claim is misleading. What makes this worse is that when customers complain, they immediately replace the pizza instead of fixing the real problem. This shows the staff is not at fault. They are just following instructions. The issue clearly comes from higher management and cost cutting decisions. Before ordering, I clearly told the waiter that if the pizza did not meet the promised quality, I would not pay. The pizza came exactly as feared, poor in quality, and the staff handled it as per their usual process. This confirms that such complaints are common. Food is not just food. It is part of family time and shared moments. Spending good money on such low quality ruins the entire experience. Be smart when choosing where to eat. Don’t fall for marketing claims. Based on my experience, 14th Street Pizza is no longer worth the price or the trust.

The taste is really good, the pizza was delicious and cooked properly. I also liked the crockery, which added to the experience. The place itself is nice and gives a good vibe. Overall, a satisfying visit. Definitely recommend you all...

Pizza quality is excellent, amazing taste, wide range of variety. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. Only one suggestion that they should add more chicken to "Creamy Chicken Delight Pizza", but the Xtreme Pizza was Amazing and full of topping. The Chocolate Lava Cake was also delicious. In Sha Allah I will definitely be back!

The pizza as usual is tasty as well as the platter. Only concern is the behavior of the crew there. Mostly it is good but you will find them being rude on occasions. Still a very much recommended place

Ordered online, received fries quantity seems like a joke and customer service rep on call saying it is standard size fries. Total rip off

Pizza is in competition with international name brands, yet good enough to satisfy both international and local pizza eaters. Price is on the higher side but quality is the result. The service and atmosphere is also outstanding.

You can try very good pizza from here, their rates are also reasonable. The setting is also very good. Their service is also excellent and the behavior of the staff is also very good.

One of the best pizza places in Faisalabad. Their Xtreme crust and Crispy Chicken pizza are the best without a doubt. Will definitely recommend those two options.

Service is Good Food is Amazing Atmosphere is Amazing Prices are bit high though. Now a days when we are boycotting the other brands which are supporting Israel, this is the place which we can visit for a Good experience and I hope this brand has all the potential to become a good food chain brand but only if they meet some of the requirements of the customers. Till now everything is going good just a bit higher prices but everything other is fine though. I hope they will review their prices. I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience today at 14th Street Pizza (Kohinoor City Branch). I ordered a medium pizza (Original Flavour) for takeaway, but the order taker intentionally billed me for a large size. When I pointed it out, he arrogantly insisted that I ordered the large one and refused to correct it, saying the order was “already punched.” Still, I stayed calm and paid Rs. 2,538 for the large pizza and two half-liter Sprites. When the order finally arrived, the box looked suspiciously small. I even asked the boy if it was really the large pizza, and he confidently said Yes. But once I reached home and opened it, the truth came out it was a medium pizza. That’s when I realized they had charged me for a large and given me a medium. And to top it off, they never provided a bill receipt, clearly to hide the fraud. This shows how dishonest and unprofessional the staff (including the manager) at this branch are. They took advantage of the fact that I was in a rush. Shameful behavior from such a well-known brand not just a financial loss, but a loss of trust. My advice: Think twice before visiting this branch. Absolutely pathetic experience. Never again.
