Extremely disappointing experience with Twenty6 (Thane). I spent a good amount on a lehenga that turned out nowhere close to what was promised — poor finishing, substandard fabric, and barely any of the craftsmanship they showcased while taking the order. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no accountability or proper customer service. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the quality and ethics were shockingly below standard. I’d strongly suggest buyers do thorough checks before trusting them with custom orders or large payments.
