AA Premium Coliving PG

I have stayed in this pg for 6 months the pg is good and the management is friendly.. I had no issue with my security deposit they refunded my 5k as i have given proper notice of vacating pg... Overall its a good pg to stay...

The owner/staff are polite, helpful and always responsive. Security is good, food is hygienic, and overall the environment feels safe and comfortable. Highly recommended for students and working professionals looking for a peaceful stay. Totally worth the price!

Do not choose this pg. I had stayed here and some days there wont be any water and that too during mrng in a hurry to go to office. Generator not working. Worst pg. Food is also compromised here

Rooms are small and unclean with no ventilation. Toilet is very tiny. But pricey & costly. Food is TASTY & FANTASTIC, worth the price.

I am staying in this pg from last six months the pg is providing good food nice habitat and friendly staff

I am staying with my wife opted for 2 sharing. Compared to my previous PG, the food here is much better. I am writing this review after staying here for two months, and I can confidently say the PG is worth it. The facilities are good, any issues are resolved promptly, and the staff are polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a safe and comfortable place to stay

very poor pg absolutely not recommended, small rooms infested with bugs , zero sense of higene and cooking. Landlord is as rude as you can get , and ofcourse won't return the security deposit, and the reviews, just look at them all fake , check this pg name on reddit or something you'll know the reality

This PG is a great find! The food is delicious, and the daily cleaning service ensures a hygienic environment. Plus, having a gym on site is a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend this PG, especially for those working near ITPL's back gate. It's definitely one of the best options in the area!

There are some good and some bad things about this PG Bad ones: 1. Very less time for food compared to other PGs. Other pg give time proper 2 hours and even more than that. Whereas in this PG at lunch strinct 1 hour. And if we come 10 minutes before and they tell food cant be made again but time is still there. 2. Small rooms and beds compared to other PGs. They should atleast give good beds. As sleep is most important thing. 3. Problem of rats. You have to deal them with rat poison. But they should do that 4. The room size shown in pictures is of complete different room. Actual size is small. Good Things: 1. Very nice sports area but gym equipments can be maintained 2. Quality of food is good. But once in a week they make it bad. But rest 5-6 days it is good. 3. PG Manager was very rude before. But they replaced him now. I dont know the condition of now. 4. Security is good. And no restrictions to time like you can come and go anytime.
