⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience Advising everyone not to book any tests here until they improve their service quality and respect patients’ time. I recently visited Arati Scan Lab for my annual health check-up and had a very unpleasant experience. There was no proper guidance from the staff regarding the tests, which made the entire process confusing and frustrating. For the Echo test, especially for female patients, there was no lady doctor available in the morning. We were informed that a lady doctor might come in the afternoon, but there was no clear confirmation of timing. I ended up waiting for more than 3 hours after completing all other tests, with no proper update from the reception. The staff showed no concern for patient time or comfort. During the ultrasound scan, the doctor was not focused on the procedure, was casually gossiping with the nurse, left in the middle of the test, and asked me to repeat the scan again, which felt very unprofessional. The reception staff was also unhelpful and failed to provide clear information about doctor availability. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor coordination, and disregard for patients made this a very bad experience. I would not recommend this lab unless they significantly improve their service and patient care.

I had a good experience in Aarthi Scan lab. Receptionist Satya Supported us in the upcoming tests. She is very good and supportive.

I am a 58 year old male and had a severe chest pain. Yesterday I had been to aarthi scans Velachery for a diagnosis(Echocardiogram) The technician there was a young lady taking so much care as if she is a child to me...neatly explained me about the process of diagnosis, kept me calm during the entire process and politely replied to all my queries. My doctor had initially referred me to another clinic, but due to staff unavailability, I was asked to wait for a week or more. Fortunately, this lab has three USG scan rooms, which made getting an appointment much easier and quicker. Although there were some technical issues with the printer and card payment system (only cash payments were accepted at the time), which caused a bit of confusion, the staff handled the situation very well. Their crowd management was excellent, and they remained polite and professional throughout. The technicians and nursing staff were extremely kind, cooperative, and considerate. They managed the entire process with patience and compassion, ensuring everyone was comfortable at every stage—even while resolving the payment and printing issues. The senior nursing staff’s dedication and attentive care were especially commendable. Their calm approach and sincere service made a real difference during the visit. I would also like to mention that I first visited the Madipakkam branch, where the staff were equally supportive. They personally checked the availability and arranged my visit to the Velachery branch. Overall, the team across branches appears well-trained, organized, and genuinely supportive. Despite the usual pressures in healthcare settings, the atmosphere here was notably calm and professional. I kindly request the management to resolve the printer and card payment issues to further enhance the overall experience. I would gladly rate the staff 5 out of 5 stars for their excellent service. The MHC was reasonably fast after the intake process at the reception which can be a lot more efficient. I especially appreciated the kindness, understanding, knowledge and guidance of the technicians and staff. Special mention to Sugandhi who is incharge of ECG and TMT.

Inside staff were treated well, if we ask any doubts answered properly. Surrounding atmosphere really good, clean and very calm. Especially budget friendly. Dr. Sathya well mannered and did job well. Recommended place aarthi scans nd lab.

It was great experience. I went for full body checkup via medibuddy the staffs hospitality was very good and the all the checkup were completed within 2 hours… Its unbelievable ❤️Thanks to all staffs working there! please do keep it up❤️

Very poor service experience at Arthi Scans and Labs, Velachery. Went for blood tests and several other tests, but the management was completely unorganized. Had to wait more than 1 hour just for billing, and even after waiting, the staff response was careless and unhelpful. Nobody clearly informed us when the reports would be available. The waiting area was crowded, and there was no proper coordination between staff members. It felt like patients’ time was not valued at all. Completely disappointed with the service quality. Not recommended if you want a smooth and professional testing experience....

At 7 am, I asked for Paleo Beginners - 2, but amount was 0 in system. I had to take Jana Seva Plus. Ms Nishanthi tried her level best contacting seniors. Rate was updated only at 10 am after my taken 1st sample was sent to lab. Seniors may see rates updated for available tests in time. But for above, all processes were smooth and good.

I had visited this branch for Treadmill test. Suganthi sister who attended me very profession and patient and never felt like I came here for test. She made us very calm before test starts which male me feel very comfortable

Had a great experience with them. Went for a general checkup, the staff was very helpful and responsive. Especially there was a chechi, who was very joyful aswell which was very new and was refreshing.

Today I have visited Aarthi scans for full body checkup. For ECG, PFT, Audiometry and eye checkups Suganthi sister assisted very well. Her patentice and dedication really appreciated. She is very helpful in completing all above tests.

I took a blood test for myself and my mother two weeks ago. I usually get my blood tested regularly, and I have never felt pain during or after the blood collection process. However, at this lab it was very painful. It felt like they were using inexperienced staff for cost-cutting. Not only I, but my mother also faced the same issue. Due to another reason, I later took a package test from a different company that included the same tests I had done last week at Aarthi Lab. The results told a completely different story. When I asked the blood collection technician, he said that if the needle is not inserted properly into the vein and instead goes into the tissue, it can cause pain and internal bleeding. Overall, my experience with Aarthi Labs was a disaster for me and my family. The attitude of the lady manager was also very rude — she behaved more like a jailer than customer support staff. I don’t know how this company is still surviving. I strongly recommend choosing some other lab. Even their website is a disaster — when you try to check whether your test is completed, it often doesn’t work. One or two flaws in an organization are understandable, but when the entire system fails and the business is still running, it is a million-dollar question to me.

Had a very smooth ECG session at Arthi Scans. Suganthi chechi was exceptionally helpful and compassionate. It’s rare to find such warm and dedicated staff. Great service and highly efficient!
