Very poor customer service. I called yesterday to ask about their service. There was network problem or something, they couldn't answer the call but texted my saying you have to pay us 6000 taka to talk. I got mad, I replied that I am not gonna pay a penny until I know what type of service you guys offer. Then he called me back and explained. I paid 6000 taka and got an appointment for today at 4pm. After 4 when I reached out to them, now they're say..... Awww our sir was in an important meeting, now he's having his lunch. I said how long do I have to wait. She said, "ah maybe half an hour? But not sure" that means I have to wait for unlimited time. COME ON!!! it's a paid appointment, show some respect and professionalism !! Still waiting for their time. If I get good service after this, then I'll remove this review. Otherwise this will stay here. Thanks!
