I live right on boundary of indus River very beautiful place.for day out but need some mark swimming places many losses there life . Its request to kpk government to put some river watchmen for the area people swim.

Sunset View: Shaam ke waqt wahan ka mahool bilkul magical ho jata hai. Suraj ka darya mein doobna aik perfect view hai. Boating: Agar aapko boating ka mauqa mile, toh pani ke beech mein ja kar darya ka gherao dekhna aik alag hi adventure hai. Churmoori aur Local Snacks: Kinare par milne wali garam machli (fish) aur local snacks ne maze ko dobala kar diya. Khas taur par agar aap Pakistan ke is sab se bare aur purane darya ki history ko socho, toh iski gehrai aur rawaani mein aik ajeeb si kashish mehsoos hoti hai. Yeh jagah doston aur family ke sath aik behtareen picnic spot hai jahan aap nature ke bohot kareeb mehsoos karte ho. Agar aapne abhi tak visit nahi kiya, toh yeh jagah aapke travel list mein lazmi honi chahiye!

We've all studied about the majestic River Indus... and I must say that it's more than pleasure when you see it in real. The confluence of River Zanskar and River Indus is truly picturesque. There are some water activities like rafting down at the banks .

Scenic view. Best time to visit with family is winter and spring. Boating avail. Tasty thornless fish is famous.

The biggest river of Pakistan is Sindhu Darya I don't know where this starts from but it ends and falls in Sindh, The water colour looks muddy but water is drinkable, we spent an hour under benazir bridge and took a boat ride had a great experience.

I am fortunate that I belong to such a city which is situated at the bank of the great River Indus,where The River Kabul gets mixed with the blue water of The River Indus.Because of this,the historians have called The River Indus The River Attock in several books of history.Including the amalgamation point of the both rivers,where ever River Indus flows in the heart of Attock,it is surrounded by very beautiful and historical places. River Indus, which is one of the largest river of the world, originates from a small lake in tibet. From there the Indus begins it long journey to the Arabian sea. River Indus hold particular importance to the Pakistan.

River Indus is the longest river of Pakistan originating from here and upper northern areas flowing through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and finally swallowed by the Arabian sea in the south. As it flows down through the country, dirt is added to it. But here in the north, it is born without impurities. Right now I'm here at Organic Village (Nansoq in the local language), Skardu, the place nascent River Indus.

Indus river originates near the Mansarovar lake from Tibet, flows through the Ladakh region, Gilgit_Baltistan and through Pakistan it flows in Arabian sea. It's length is about 2900 Km.

An historical Railway station.Connect two provinces i.e Khyber Pakhtoon Khwa and Punjab; connect two districts of Nowshera and Attock.The upper top of the bridge is for Train passing while the inner portion is used for car bikes etc passing.Now a days the inner bridge is prohibited for general car etc passing.Only locals and some visiters can pass this bridge through feets are bikes by the permission of security personles.The top is strictly prohibited for general crassing; only a train engine can pass it.No tuck shop is here.No restaurant or hotel is here.

One of the longest river in world and longest and biggest of Pakistan. It crosses the n5 road near boundary of Punjab and kpk.at that point water is clear. Beautiful view.

Mighty Indus River... In urdu, Its called as "Darya e Sindh" دریاۓ سندھ... It is one of the largest rivers in the world. It has 5 tributaries named Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Beas and Sutlej. It is fed by the rainfall runoff and snowmelt runoff. It originates from Tibetean Plateau and travels all across the Pakistan and falls in to the Sea in Karachi... On its way from Tibet to Karachi, Its tributaries join it after some intervals. Heritage of subcontinent is much influenced by it... On its right side, It is also joined by Kabul River which comes from Afghanistan...

Originating in the western part of Tibet in the vicinity of Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, the river runs a course through Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, andKhyber Pakhtunkhwa, and then flows along the entire length of Punjab to merge into theArabian Sea near the city of Thatta in Sindh. It is the longest river and national river ofPakistan.[1]
