I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this clinic. The staff, especially the reception team on the first floor, were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed no basic courtesy or professionalism. Instead of assisting patients, they spoke harshly and behaved as if they did not care at all. What concerned me even more was the lack of proper medical attention. After my IV drip was started, the nurse was not present to monitor my condition. I was left alone for a long time without any supervision, which made me feel unsafe and neglected. If any complication had occurred, there would have been no staff available to respond. Patient care should be the top priority in any healthcare facility, but unfortunately this clinic failed to provide even basic standards of care, communication, and respect. I strongly hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff behavior, and ensures nurses properly attend to patients during treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

The nurses were quick and caring, and the doctors explained everything clearly and treated me very well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and hospitality.

She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. I would also like to appreciate her nurse, who was very caring, supportive, and friendly. Terrible experience. Since almost all the staff belongs to a specific community so same community the treated with top priority while the remaining patients are ignored like they don't even exist. Edit. Token for room 5 didn't move even once from 544 the patients were being selected based on race and community

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Muhammed Muktar at Al Noor Clinic, Frij Al Murar. This was my second visit, and both times the care was inadequate. For my first visit regarding a severe sinus headache, I was advised to mix "biryani spices/garam masala" in hot milk. This did not help at all; I eventually went to Aster Clinic the next day and recovered quickly with proper treatment. Yesterday, I visited for joint pain. After receiving an injection and waiting 45 minutes without relief, I informed the doctor. Instead of offering a referral or further investigation, he sarcastically told me, "I’m not a magician." A doctor should provide medical solutions or refer a patient to a specialist if they cannot help, rather than being dismissive.

I visited this clinic because they advertised a free dental consultation. However, please be aware that while the check-up itself is free, they charge a fee for the prescription/treatment plan that is roughly the same price as a standard consultation. In my opinion, this makes the 'free' offer misleading.

Very disappointing experience. My husband was told that the CBC test result would be ready within 4 hours, while other labs usually provide results within 10–50 minutes. However, even after 12 hours, we still have not received the report. This delay is completely unacceptable and shows poor service and lack of commitment. I would not recommend this lab to anyone who needs timely results.
