Very well maintained building by professional management team. Special thanks to Mrs Kalpana & Mr. Anis for making our stay so pleasant throughout the tenancy.

Fast elevator with gym and pool facility in the apartment building. There is a Zoom convenient store and hair salon just at ground floor. You'll find Emirates shuttle every interval but also taxi for non staff members. The rooftop view of Downtown is visible and u can try catch the beautiful sunset or sunrise.

I live here and it is very mid This building has alot of good stores around it but over all the building has a decent plan for good for family’s and the gym and 1st floor are nice.

So I went to check out the apartments here. Gosh, beautiful views from one of the balconies. 🤗 The other balcony just looks out to the other part of the building 😕 You can see a whole part of town. 19 whole floors! The pool is stunning! And they have a play area for kids.

Живем в этом билдинге уже больше года .У бассейна есть расписание , но он по нему не работает , грязно , и всегда закрыт на уборку с 1 до 3 дня , но никогда не открывается в нужное время. Потому что девушка которая работают сама себе продлевает обед не на чистку , а на прогуляться где -то. В спорт зал бегают дети и наводят грязь . Уважаемые сотрудники зафиксируйте эту проблему . Со временем работой и чистотой бассейна . И отрегулируйте время на закрытие в более поздние , а не тогда когда светит солнце и хочется позагорать

This apartment is new and clean with Madina Market, laundry, Restaurants and hair salons in basement. Units are large. In January building is very cold as there is no central heating system and ACs only can make colder. Fake fire alarms is big issue. It is very disturbing and it happens almost every day( I live here). We ran to lobby and understood there is no fire. It disturbs residents. There is no metro station nearby. You have to walk about 1.5 km to reach the station. Pool is small. Green area is very limited. There are ladies gym and other bigger gym( for all) in level 1.

Spacious building, great view. But there’s shared living, lot of strangers coming in daily. It’s affecting the safety, cleanliness and overall feel of the home.

The place, looks nice and it has, a playground for kids, and they have a green area, very nice but, there not allowing to play football, and the kids want to play, but there not allowing, and there's no gym for 10 years old just 12+ and for girls all ages, I would appreciate if they allowed the kids, to play football, I and would give this place higher, rating and stars.

الشقق جميلة جدا" وكبيرة، موقع ممتاز ومريح والموظفين جيدين جدا" ومحترمين،،، لاكن لا يوجد حل للملاحظات من "مكتب الأدارة" ازعاج من شقة واحدة كل يوم وبعد سنة ونصف واكثر من ٢٠ شكوة وحضور الشرطة لا يوجد نتيجة و المسيح فقط في عقد الاجار لا يوجد في دبي مسبح 5 ايام للنساء شيء غريب سنتين ونحن نطلب تغيير ونرسل ايميل ولا يوجد جواب من هذه الأدارء غير ذالك (أبراج الممزر) من اجمل المباني في دبي وافضل الاسعار.

All things are good only issues with the parking specially for new comers difficult to understand the entrance. Need to.make the parking for new people easy. It's very good tower neat and clean big offices . security is very good

The salon downstairs are good. I used to be loyal to them before. Location is in a dead isolated area. But with stores around it. So it's fine.

Beautiful, gets a little crowded on weekend's.
