Abraj Al Mamzar Block B is an excellent place to live! The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and offer great views. The building is clean, secure, and well-maintained with a calm and peaceful environment. Its location is very convenient with easy access to supermarkets, public transport, and key areas in Dubai. The management is responsive and helpful. Truly a great living experience, highly recommended for families and professionals!

Apartment is new and in good condition. It has gym, children playground and swimming pool .Not very close to public transportation. Nearby is just grocery stores and few restaurants. Recently Madina market grocery store opened in ground floor. There is ladies salon in basement as well. It is quite long walking distance to main road.

Great experience living here. Very spacious apartments, good gym and walking area along with green spaces. I miss this place especially after the terrible experience with my new building
