I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the incredible work of Coach Malek from Absolute Gymnastics Academy in gems DSO. Coach Malek is truly exceptional with children. Her patience, professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine care shine through in every class. She has a wonderful ability to connect with kids, encourage them and build their confidence while maintaining a structured and safe learning environment. My daughter absolutely loves her gymnastics classes and always comes out smiling, happy and excited to tell me what she learned. As a parent, this feeling of trust and reassurance is priceless. It’s clear that Coach Malek doesn’t just teach gymnastics, she actually inspires children and makes them feel supported and valued. I truly hope this feedback reaches the management team of Absolute Gymnastics Academy, as coaches like Malek are a real asset to the academy and make a lasting positive impact on both children and parents. Our eldest daughter started gymnastics when she was 3, slightly apprehensive at first if she would get on okay at such a young age we were shocked to see just how much she listens and enjoys each session. We were invited in as a one off to see them in action and what they get up to. Her coach Miss Sasha had such a great way with the children, they all had a lot of fun in a safe environment that challenged them. We have seen improvements in our daughters physical strength and confidence from just one class a week it’s been amazing! Would definitely reccomend Absolute Gynmastics to anyone who’s thinking about sending their child.

Absolute Gymnastics has been an absolutely wonderful experience for our daughter. From the very first day she tried it, she completely fell in love with the club — and that says a lot, as we had tried a few gymnastics clubs before. A very special mention to Coach Keisy, who is truly exceptional. She has an extraordinary patience and such a natural, caring way with the girls. Thanks to her support and encouragement, our daughter has improved so much, not only physically but also in her confidence and self-belief. She looks forward to every class and is always counting down the days until she can go again. She comes out of every session with a huge smile on her face, proud, happy, and motivated. We had a wonderful experience with Absolute Gymnastics for my daughter lamitta . The coaches are extremely professional, kind, and supportive, and they know exactly how to motivate children while keeping the sessions fun and safe. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and the environment is always clean, organized, and positive. Lamitta has improved so much and gained a lot of confidence thanks to the amazing team. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a great gymnastics center for their kids!

My two daughters have been going to Absolute for 4 years + and they love it! Coach Tania is so supportive and my girls have developed/improved their skills and technique so much. They have a real passion for gymnastics thanks to the Absolute team and they are always super keen to join the holiday camps too! Would highly recommend to anyone considering :)

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my two girls in Absolute Gymnastics and I couldn't be happier with the experience they've had! Our daughters, Nailya and Alsu, attend Absolute Gymnation, and we are very happy with their progress. Nailya started at age 4 with Ms Bridget, where she achieved great early results, including a 1st place finish. As the program became more advanced, they continued training with Ms Keisy and later with Ms Sameera. Under Ms Sameera’s professional, supportive, and motivating coaching, Nailya competed in the Gold program and Alsu in the Silver program, and both won 3rd place at the internal end-of-term competition. Thank you to Ms Sameera and the entire Absolute Gymnation team for their excellent work and continuous development.

My daughter has been attending gymnastics classes since September and she absolutely loves it. We’ve seen a huge improvement in her strength, confidence, flexibility and overall coordination. Coach Sameera is professional and motivating. We’re very happy with the training, the atmosphere and the results.

Highly recommend absolute gymnastics in DSO. My two girls thoroughly enjoy coming to their gymnastics class where coach Keisy has helped transform their gymnastics skills, flexibility, strength and balance. My girls are constantly talking about their love for their classes which is a true credit to the coach and academy. My daughter has been doing great at gymnastics. All thanks to great coaches like Tania and Sasha who has trained her so far. Ms Tania has been great with advice on the child's development plan and always helpful when needed assistance for ad-hoc questions. Thanks Absolute team 💙

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Absolute Gymnastics ! The coaches are very friendly and supportive .We have seen a lot of improvement in her, mainly in her confidence .She was so scared of heights before , now she is no longer scared and does all task independently, All thanks to absolute gymnastic .She is always excited to go. We had a fantastic experience at the gymnastics competition! The event was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. The coaches were highly professional and clearly dedicated to supporting and guiding the athletes. It was a joy to watch the gymnasts perform—their talent, discipline, and passion truly stood out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and it was inspiring to witness such high-level performances. We are also incredibly lucky to have Coach Malek, who has a wonderful and positive impact on my daughter and plays a key role in her growth and confidence.

Lovely coaches (esp. Coach Bridget) and see lots of progression whilst maintaining the fun for the children. Our eldest went and youngest two have just started and loving it Would definitely recommend!

Absolute Gymnastics is a great company with amazing and genuine coaches. They build up the kids and have made a fun community to be a part of for the kids. My three girls love doing Gymnastics with them. And I really like that they have many locations.
