I visited the Abu Dhabi Economic Department yesterday and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and professional. They assisted me in removing our license block issue and quickly solved our renewal problems. Thank you for your excellent service!

وصلنا 2026 وكل شي معلق ومايشتغل بالشكل المطلوب، بس عشان تجديد رخصة وهذا ابسط شي ممكن نسويه على الابلكيشن او الموقع.. مايفتح وخربان ويوم اضغط على التحديث مايطلع لي شي اختاره او خانة احط فيها معلومات التحديث.. للاسف الخدمات في تراجع كل سنة

hi, good day! i would like to express my frustration. i have got scammed in a Fraudulent agency in abudhabi, not just me but lot of us. it’s been 16 months already applied in this fraud agency. we filed a complaint in Tamm and redirected to ADDED and yet the cased has been closed without resolving the issues. i have went personally to ADDED to complaint personally regarding this matter specifically in Cubicle 13. sorry to say but the guy there seems doesn’t know to communicate people can’t even speak English properly can’t understand what was the concern. he said that just be careful of scam agency. that scammer agency still operating in abudhabi and still active recruiting people abroad (illegal recruiter) and they still have active trade license. i wish abudhabi authority will help us poor people to combat the fraudulent agency with license here in abudhabi. we lost big amount of money we work hard for it and they took our money without getting anything from them. we have all the evidence from agreement, receipts, photos, emails, whatsapp conversation etc.. and the agent from ADDED warns them only and let us to go to court which is very risky for us to file a case as we have to spend money against to fraud agency. all we want is help from ADDED to make a negotiation to refund our money to us from the scammers with trade license in abudhabi if they are really mean to it and don’t let those scam agency will scam more people. let the Abudhabi free from fraudulent. just want to hide my identity because the fraudulent agency are still reviews from everywhere. im wiling to come again with the right person to talk about. i hope abudhabi authorities will help us! thank you so much!

قدمت طلب إلغاء خدمة منذ أكثر من شهر، وما زلت حتى الآن أتابع يوميًا عبر الإيميلات والاتصالات مع خدمة العملاء (مرتين يوميًا تقريبًا)، إضافةً للتواصل مع الأخت فرح ظاهر وإرسال كافة المستندات المطلوبة. قبل 5 أيام تم تأكيد استلام طلب الإلغاء وكل شيء مكتمل، ومع ذلك يقول الجميع إن المدير فقط هو المخوّل بالإلغاء. ومنذ 5 أيام والجميع يرسل له طلبات وتذكيرات عبر الإيميل، فمتى سيتم إلغاء هذه الخدمة؟ أتمنى أن يطّلع المدير على تعليقي هذا ويقوم بإلغاء الطلب المقدم على الرخصة. I submitted a service cancellation request over a month ago, and I’ve been following up daily through emails and customer service calls (almost twice a day), as well as with Ms. Farah Daher, providing all the required documents. Five days ago, the cancellation request was confirmed and everything was complete, yet everyone keeps telling me that only the manager is authorized to cancel it. For the past five days, I’ve been told that reminders and requests are being sent to him by email — so when will this service finally be canceled? I truly hope the manager sees this review and processes the cancellation request .

I had a very great experience with DED through their service on TAMM. Thank you so much to the team for following up with my complaint in such a pleasant and timely manner.

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في كل موظف شاف اني على حق وسكت من قبل جهتكم تعرضت للظلم والقهر. ولدي الإثباتات والتناقض فالكلام والرد وإغلاق الحالات دون سبب واضح ؟ تشريعات والقوانين موجوده مرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (42)2023 بشأن الغش التجاري في حال .. مواطن استلم منتج به عيب قاتل وتعرضت للخساير الماديه الكبيره ..

Parking in Abu Dhabi city has become a serious issue. Even residents with valid parking permits are struggling to find spots. It’s causing daily stress and inconvenience. Please take urgent action to improve the parking situation.

Today visited to the office of AbuDhabi Economic Dept. , where I have been given great welcome and support from the front reception desk especially Mr.Ibra him Ali and the desk attendant Ms. Ameena Khairy for their prompt action and support in finalizing the task in a very limited time! Thanks a lot .. Thanks Abudhabi!!

I made a mistake getting the wrong type of license through TAMM since it is pretty confusing to use on your own. I asked for a refund on TAMM that same day to try and retry getting the correct license for my new visa and they said it's in the hands of ADED now who pretty much just said "tough luck", without an explanation or anything. I tried calling, but no one ever answers.

تحيه طيبه وبعد شكرا وتقديم للموظف خالد عبيد الهرمودي في خدمه العملاء في الغرفه رقم 1 قمت بزيارتكم لاول مره في الامس ولاقيت خدمه راقيه من موظف يقوم بخدمتي وكأنه صاحب المعامله حيث قام بالبحث والاتصال حتى يجيب على استفساراتي وقام بالترحيب بي و التوديع الى باب المركز موظف يحتذي به ويحاول خدمه وتقديم الخيار الانسب للخدمه وكانت خدمتي هي البحث عن نوع النشاط المناسب

I called the Department to fetch some activity information, they connected the call to some other person and then the customer representative said she doesn't know. Actually, the people inside there doesn't even know basic informations, at least they need to educate them and even the common people know more than them. Really bad experience and they just have fee for all and really poor service

Oddly, bad attitudes from most employees. Feels like everyone just wanna push you away. Go tamm, go make a reservation, you can't even sit at the reception to check tamm as they told you, multiple employees keep asking you what do you want, with a clear intention of just wanting you to leave, not to help

Perhaps I was extremely lucky. After reading the reviews here I was really scared to apply for my freelance license. But within 3 days (and reading the application form on the website really really carefully, I got my license. I need to thank Suhail on the chat line for being very very helpful.
