Thank you to Ms. Umulkhair Omar for administering my Hepatitis B vaccine. The injection was completely painless! She was very professional, gentle, and kind throughout the process. I truly appreciate her excellent care.

I visited for my visa medical, and overall the process was smooth and quite fast. Just make sure to bring your e-visa and a passport copy to avoid any delays. However, I feel the experience could be improved if the staff provided clearer instructions. At times, it wasn’t very clear where to go or what to do next. It would be much better if there was more active guidance and communication to help customers navigate the process easily.

I completed my medical and the service was quick and excellent. The staff were very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Hanan Saeed, who took my blood — she was very kind and made the process smooth and comfortable.

I had a blood test on Thursday, 11 December, and unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant. The staff member who took my blood was extremely rough, and the procedure was very painful. It has now been over a week, and I still have visible bruising and pain in my arm, especially when the area is touched. This has never happened to me with previous blood tests. I understand bruising can occur, but the level of pain and how long it has lasted is concerning. I hope the clinic reviews this to improve patient care.

كل الشكر والتقدير للعاملين في هذا المركز على المعاملة اللطيفة واللبقة والتوجيه الصحيح. بصراحة، لقد زرت مراكز فحص كثيرة في الإمارات، ولم أرَ موظفين بهذه اللطافة والروح المرحة، وهو ما يعكس جودة الإدارة في هذا المركز كل الشكر للعاملين في الاستقبال والكاونترات، فأنتم مثال يُحتذى به استمروا، ووفقكم الله. وأتمنى من الجهات المختصة أن تهتم بتجديد المبنى كأقل مكافأة للعاملين فيه.

Happy with the working overall. I visited this place during Covid times. Following of social distancimg, yet not making customer wait more than 30 mins while handling that much volume is remarkable. Visited for medical test of visa renewal The only waiting time was for the payment and photo capture (around 25 mins) and there was seating available. The blood and x-rays don't have waiting times at all. Smooth experience. Note: the earlier you visit this place, the better the chances of reduced waiting.

Worst medical clinic ever They call it SEHA. I got a sever headache just waiting to get me prescribed medication, The noise is unbelievable due to maintenance , hammering , jackhammer etc.. On Friday Dec 26th 2026. At 12:05PM I don't want to post a video for clinic rules prospective I have it just in case manager request it

Today i got my blood test done by phlebotomist Hanan Saied 2nd time. Her attitude is very polite, she is so kind and experienced. Blood test went smooth, didn’t pain at all. Thanks to her.

It used to be crowded. Today’s visit was different. Well organized, smooth & get you done in short time.

February 18, 2025 around 1515H. I came for my 3rd dose vaccination. This Sudanese staff was extremely rude at room 5. I came to ask her for vaccination but she was busy with her phone (videocalling) someone, so instead I went to room 1 to avoid interrupting her and I was welcomed nicely. This room 5 staff, was so rude, I asked her why she's using her phone during duty hours? She got angry and told me she can do whatever she wants then she suddenly bang my vaccination card on her table, she shouted at me and slammed the door as I left the room. I cried as I left, as this was the first time that I encountered such kind of behavior. All the staff there are so Nice.except her. I know you've been very busy with your work but it's not a reason to be rude to your patients. I wanna thank the staff nurse at room 1 who was so kind at me (give 5 only to you).

Today I went for my visa renewel Phlebotomist Hanan saied and x-ray technician Shamia both have good experience But x-ray technician I have some suggestions I feel she is new for her work but she has to improve regarding assisst her customers for guiding for x-ray procedure I hope she will improve her attitude through professional way But photocopy 1 page 3 dhs it is too much But they are saying it us for red crescent But think very poor people are coming there for visa medical 😕

14.04.2022 DPSC SEHA ABU DHABI is a well organized, state of the art "International Level testing facility". If you are visiting for the MEDICAL TEST, to get the ABU DHABI resident visa Stamped, then you can follow these guidelines: 1. Book your appointment at least a Day before your visit (Booking via SEHA VISA FIT APP) 2. You must have -ve PCR Test results Not older than 48Hrs (obsolete requirement) 3. Bring your passport hard copy and Resident Paper Visa Copy which says " RESEIDANCE - AQAMA" If you have in mobile then you can have the print out in 3ed per paper 4. You will get the token from the counter and then wait in the queue. Once you are called then you will have 3 steps: Inspection, Blood Sample collection, X-Ray 5. Best time to visit to avoid rush is early morning, you will get the parking easily and less time to wait 6. Testing Charges are 250 AED, For the Females additional 50 AED charges (optional) for the pregnancy detection, if the SEHA doctor recommends during the medical inspection 6. Within 48 Hrs, results are updated in the immigration portal and keep your "VisaFit" receipt with you to collect the report Timing Snap attached as of 22 Feb 2024.
