The guy who is responsible on costumers payments he's not polite and not nice behaviour I asked him if he could exchange me a 100USD so he gave me a scaming rate so I said thank you and came next day He was no nice to me and asked in stupid way did you exchange And after I said thank you and paid he was angry and even smile or answerd Please pay attention or just change this guy because you are a big store and if we as customers doesn't have a great treatment no one will buy you're sweets With all respect

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The staff at this sweet store were extremely disrespectful, and their attitude was shocking. The way they talked to me was outright rude, with no basic courtesy whatsoever. On top of that, the sweets were some of the worst I’ve ever tasted—stale, old, and completely unappetizing. To make matters worse, there was no cashier at the counter when I arrived. I had to wait until he finished his smoke outside, and when he finally came back, he didn’t even acknowledge me. I said “Hi,” and he completely ignored me. Even when I left and said, “Thank you,” there was no response. Absolutely terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money—go somewhere else!

اسوء تعامل اجيتهم وتعنيت اخذ هدايا اكثر من ٥ كيلو يكلي يتعامل ويايه على العلاكة بدال ما يكلي دلل تالي عفتهم وطلعت لان صدك فكريات مع الاسف وين الادارة غير اتابع الاشخاص الي يتعاملون مع الزبائن وخصوصا الكاشير حاط السماعات واكله اني معميلكم ببغداد وتعنيتلكم تكسي حتى اخذ من عدكم يكول اني مالي علاقة ببغداد ما تابعين النه صدك فكر وغير محترم

كنت في الدنمارك وشفت ريلز لحلويات ابو عفيف وقررت وقت انزل ع اربيل ازور المكان وفعلا زرت المكان الحلويات طيبة وكلها فريش بس العمال شكلهم نسيانين انهم يبتسمو 😅الله وكيلك نظراتهم الك وكانك عامل جريمة لدرجة رحت ع كاشير لادفع الحساب كان نايم 😆للأسف لن تتكرر التجربة ابدا

Really bad service. One of staff told I have to say other one to give me my order. But they other told me. Say big gay. Can’t understand what’s going on. Just bad service maybe

Food is amazing, service however not so much. People should be trained better to serve great service, specially in place like this. Atmosphere inside is mind blowing as too overwhelming with music. The beggar outdoors needs to be removed!!!!!!!!!!
