Sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht!! It was my first night in India so I have to figure out many things like ATM, Sim etc... so they didnt push my late check in and tolerated to store my luggage. Hot water is there. Capsule is very clean and comfortabl3! Highly recommended.

Everything you need is available, restrooms are 3 in total and in the morning hours, you may need to wait for a few minutes. Service was good and the staffs are responsive and helpful. Only problem I felt is , though the ac temperature is well maintained, inside pods there is always heat felt. Though exhaust fans were provided it didn't help. It may be an issue in the summer, management has to find a way to sort out.

It's a great place to stay located at a pretty relevant centre of Chennai. The hosting couple have created quite a neat establishment there. The service and hospitality are unmatched. Value for money, of course. Moreover the behaviour of the hosts along with the people working there really brings out the best of the place.

great location. clean pods with just enough space. felt safe as a solo female. only docking one point because the bathrooms could get quite dirty and never had toilet paper. however, I got great service from the guys at the desk and the free laundry is an excellent perk! recommend if you just need a couple of nights in Chennai.

As a non-local visiting Chennai to meet my daughter who studies here, I was struggling to find a comfortable and affordable place to stay — most hotels were burning a hole in my pocket. Then I came across The Social Hub, and it completely changed my experience! The place is spotless, cozy, and designed with so much thought — every little detail in the pods makes you feel at home. The beds are super comfortable, the lighting is perfect for both relaxation and work, and the charging ports are conveniently placed. I was also able to work remotely with ease, thanks to the peaceful environment and reliable Wi-Fi. What truly makes this place special, though, are the wonderful hosts — the husband and wife who manage the property. They are warm, humble, and genuinely care for every guest. Their hospitality made me feel like I was staying with family rather than in a hotel. They just go out of their way. The location is perfect too — central, safe, and close to transport hubs. I had a very pleasant stay at The Social Hub in Chennai. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotless. The Ac are working good. The place is well taken care of, which makes it feel welcoming and homely. The owner is very friendly ❤️, approachable, and always ready to help with anything you need, which adds a personal touch to the stay. If Any needed they will arrange for me . Me and my friends 6 days stay in the social hub. I really like to stay that place. In this 6 days stay are very pleasant and Good stay. I sleep very well and more comfortable in the room. Great hospitality and cleanliness. I stayed 3 days. Pods and bathroom and all around are very very clean. Reasonable price. Complementary offers such as kitchen, tea and coffee are Great. Location is fantastic! What more you need?

It was an amazing experience here, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Budget friendly place to stay. Best facilities, services and comfortable bed compare to many 3stars hotels. Highly recommend if it's your first time or solo traveller

Very nice and well maintained capsule hotel. The pods are new, very well maintained and clean. All the items like towels, mattress, bedsheets are of highest quality and clean. Location is good and prices are quite reasonable. Owner as well as staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Excellent 👍🏼

This hostel aces at all… neat and clean pods, new linens, quilt lines and towels, tidy big bathrooms, pool table, common area and icing on the cake was free laundry. Nice location at T nagar but 1 kms from DMS metro station.

Great stay, some of the comfiest hostel beds I’ve stayed in! Plus the privacy of the sleeping pods is perfect. Ideal location and it’s super quiet in the rooms. Would highly recommend.

First tym in Life I experience the Dom . The room was small but very comfortable and facilities also. The staff was very kind after know this I'm From Punjab and I'm a student. They guys allow to Check in before Check tym. Every Humbel Peoples. They change my Pov about Tamilnadu also🥂

sono stato 3 notti in questo ostello, lo consiglio vivamente, gli host sono molto gentili verso i clienti, le cabine sono pulite, hai molta privacy, tea e coffe gratuiti e un bel terrazzo per chillare. inoltre il servizio di lavanderia è fantastico e gratuito. super consigliato

Il posto è molto tranquillo, pulito e il personale è molto discreto, ma sempre disponibile, dispone di una sala lettura/relax bagni in condivisione, sempre decentemente puliti, una cucina che dispone di tutte le forniture, una lavanderia con lavatrice ed asciugatrice e una piccola terrazza panoramica. Unica nota negativa le ventole nelle cabine letto sono molto rumorose. Nel complesso il soggiorno è piacevole, sicuramente lo consiglierei per chi come me viaggia da solo.

I stayed in Chennai for a year and half before moving out of there, and always wished that there be a backpacker hostel in the city. The Social Hub is exactly that. The vibe is amazing, very peaceful, very chill. The owners are absolutely amazing. The location of the hostel is immaculate. Everything is within walking range. There's a kitchenette so if you want to have a quick coffee, you're set. I love the living pods as well. Very comfortable, very clean. However, if you're not comfortable with closed spaces, its not for you. I absolutely loved living here. 100% going back and recommending it to my friends and family.

It was a great experience the services they give make the stay a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place for short and long stays. The place is very clean and maintained daily. Staffs are attentive. Great rooms with good ventilation, a big bathroom, Kitchen with utensils, laundary, a terrace place for eating and play billiards. I personally loved it❤️, wish i stayed longer:)

Nothing is there to complaint. Best hostel i have ever stayed. All needful facilities is there and most important they give you free laundry as a complimentary. And the owner is very friendly and helpful. Even staff were nice. You can stay there to spend good time.

I’m compelled to post a review from my second account as I had put out a rave from my primary account. This was my 4th stay and simply it’s a home away from my home, their hospitality is unparalleled, so considerate (even offered me couple hours late check out free of cost) and the amenities here very much thought out (common kitchen, terrace area with pool table, neat and clean washrooms, hot water available 24/7). Receptionists here are well behaved, professional and considerate. Pods are as neat as they come, they provide you with fresh linen whenever u require. Very professionally maintained. Free laundry service, a boon for travelers like me who hate to carry around unwashed clothes. Only thing I implore is please never change this impeccable hospitality service you are providing at such a reasonable price. I’d choose THESOCIALHUB over any hotels in Chennai any day ❤️.

Highly Recommended: The Social Hub (Stacay) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at The Social Hub (Stacay) for a few hours before my biometrics appointment on Nov 18, 2025, and it was excellent. The location is perfect, being very near the metro station and both consulates. The facilities are great; the pods are exceptionally clean, and they provide a towel and lockers. It is extremely budget-friendly and affordable. The staff were nice and welcoming. I haven't seen this quality of amenities in other hotels. Overall, it was a fantastic, short stay. Highly recommend it for visa and biometrics travelers and wifi is also there washing machine and there is iron stand to press clothes all thanks mr hari priyan very nice guy friendly talk lastly its a very good staycay
