Ordered online including "free delivery". 3 days later I spent over an hour on the phone chasing an update. I was assured it was shipped and it would be delivered the next day. 3 days later nothing. Another 20 minutes on the phone to cancel the non existent order and I'm told the refund will not be processed for 14-28 days! I will never use this company again.

I ordered a product 1 month ago and until now i haven't received it while the status shows delivered. Their customer service team are worthless. They keep sending me copy/paste emails saying they will solve my problem but it just lies after lies. Im taking legal actions upon my return to uae and will not keep quite on such theft from this store. This is absolutely illegal , please be aware of ordering online from them.

Terrible online experience and the return process is nonsense. I requested a return immediately after the item arrived, but they refused because the packaging wasn’t sealed — which makes no sense. I even offered to pay a seal fee, and they still refused. Slow, inflexible, and completely unreasonable customer service. Avoid.

Every time I visit this store I get the feeling all employees are uninterested or unqualified to answer the simplest questions. The latest was when I wanted to use my blue rewards card but they didn't let me (because the app was in my husbands phone even though I had a screenshot and they could have easily scanned it). I asked the team to keep the items I had selected for my husband to pick up later. I then realized they purposefully removed the most expensive item I had selected from the bag (as they knew this was gonna be given through points and not paid for). Deepak the store manager is plainly unhelpful and everyone else is just sitting there passing time.

Very handy for the communities nearby. Clean ,quiet , friendly staff. Due to the limited space, some items may not be available, Recommend to check their website before going there. A bit pricey.

Small but convenient ACE hardware store in Motor City. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in the First Avenue Mall with two entrances. Plenty of (free) parking available outside and underground.

It is more like an arcade than a shopping mall despite the name states “mall”. Very fancy and enjoyable arcade but you need to walk outside to truly enjoy the whole picture of this place. So the summer time is not the best season to enjoy here but surely winter time is good to stroll around.

Worst customer service ever I asked some questions to buy some stuffs from your store and they Filipino or Nepali looking guy said me that I'm not a technician I was not asking technicians questions. Unbelievable I can't believe this is from Al Futtaim im seriously. They were all talking in the reception when other customers along with me searching assistants. This is so disappointing guys

Some branches are small but the one I visited is good....but the prices a high ....... that is my opinion..... sorry 😞....and the employees are very helpful......

The worst experience of my life, installation team didn't complete the job, didn't speak any English, they couldn't install the cook, than ACE charge me for the experience 800 Dirhams !!! I will never recommend this company, I will never go back there.

Been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks. Contacted in store, on call daily and on many many emails. Still nobody helps. Appalling service

Great little hardware store! Although the shop is a bit small, it’s very well-organized and has all the essentials you need for home projects or repairs. A special shoutout to Dannis, who gave me good advice and took the time to guide me through my purchase.

I ordered a dishwasher online which was followed by a horror show of incompetence of ACE. First, they said they would remove the old dishwasher. The subcontractor, EROS company came and did not remove the old one. We found and paid someone else to remove the old one and called ACE again for installation. We called 3 times no confirmation of the installation still. Once they sell you the product, there is no care or follow up of what happens with you. They really need to consider finding a different subcontractor who actually cares about doing their job, not just dumping the product and leaving.

I visited tonight motor city branch. Racel helped me a lot to cut a metal cabinet hanger pipe to be attached to the wardrobe. A big thank you to Racel for his help and his professional way.

Very pleased with this store in my neighbourhood. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I had to return some items, Carine and Samit were very helpful and fast and explained how I can use my refund for future purchases. Highly recommend to visit this branch if you need anything for your house or apartment.

Rude stuff....they ware also missing basic staff that any hardware store should have ....

Great experience at ACE Hardware Al Futtaim I had a really good experience at ACE Hardware Al Futtaim. They have a wide variety of items, and it’s easy to find whatever you need. I was looking for an umbrella and a cat related product, and I found both at great prices. The quality of the products is excellent, and the store is well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable home and garden products!

Really nice place for getting the day to day items for fixing up the house. Limited variety and suggest to visit larger outlets in Jebel Ali or Festival if more options required.
