ACE Rent A Car

EXTREMELY Unsafe and unprofessional experience with ACE / Eras Rent A Car. I have rented cars countless times across multiple countries, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was never informed that the vehicle had a speed limiter or that the company could remotely shut the car off. While driving at 130 km/h on a 110 km/h road, I received a call from the company and immediately complied by slowing down. Despite this, they remotely shut off the vehicle while I was still driving, which is extremely dangerous and could have caused a serious accident. The fact that this happened after I complied, and without any prior disclosure, was shocking. Afterward, they attempted to charge me for an extra rental day even though I was explicitly told to return the car after Salah prayer. The staff were unprofessional and unwilling to resolve the issue until I escalated the matter and mentioned my Google Level 6 Local Guide status. Lack of transparency, unsafe practices, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others before renting from this company

I booked a Ford Focus or similar online, but at pickup, the only options offered were a small Renault or paying extra for a Chinese MG 5. I used the Renault for just one day — the driving experience was uncomfortable, and the driver-side door leaked cold air from the AC, leading to excessive fuel consumption. The next day, I requested a switch to the MG 5 and was charged 4 JOD per day (even though it’s the same car class I had originally booked). None of their cars had basic features like a screen or infotainment system — they were completely bare. The rental fuel policy was full to full, but they gave me the car almost empty every time. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the operation felt greedy and misleading. I sadly won't recommend renting a car here. حجزت سيارة فورد فوكس أو ما يماثلها عبر الإنترنت، ولكن عند الاستلام كانت الخيارات الوحيدة المتاحة إما سيارة رينو صغيرة أو دفع مبلغ إضافي مقابل سيارة MG 5 صينية. استخدمت سيارة الرينو ليوم واحد فقط — كانت تجربة القيادة غير مريحة، وكان باب السائق يتسرب منه هواء بارد من المكيف، مما أدى إلى استهلاك مفرط للوقود. في اليوم التالي، طلبت تبديل السيارة إلى MG 5 وتم فرض رسوم قدرها 4 دنانير أردنية في اليوم، رغم أنها من نفس فئة السيارة التي حجزتها في الأصل. ولا سيارة من سياراتهم كانت تحتوي على ميزات أساسية مثل الشاشة أو نظام الترفيه — كانت فارغة تمامًا من أي تجهيزات. سياسة الوقود المعلنة كانت "ممتلئة عند الاستلام والتسليم"، لكن في كل مرة كانوا يسلمونني السيارة بخزان شبه فارغ. الموظفون كانوا ودودين، لكن للأسف شعرت أن الأسلوب العام للعمل كان جشعًا ومضللًا. للأسف، لا أنصح باستئجار سيارة من هذا المكان

I recently rented a car from Ace Car Rental in Amman, and the experience was outstanding. The service was excellent, professional, and very flexible, making my trip smooth and hassle-free. Special thanks to Sabreen, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this service for anyone visiting Amman!

The car we rented was too old to have Bluetooth and didn't have cruise control either. It was a little bit beat up, originally I didn't notice it but the front tires were bald and the service sticker said the oil should have been changed 1000 Km earlier. The check in and check out went flawlessly and both agents were very nice. We didn't have any issues with the car either hence the three stars. Personally I would pay the $5-$7 more a day for a car at a well known rental agency. We traveled throughout Jordan and the cruise control would have come in handy. So would the piece of mind.

I had an amazing car rental experience! All the employees are really nice people and went out of their way to help us and make things easy. Everyone speaks English very well and they upgraded our car from compact to mid sized free of charge. Prices are also definitely the cheapest (our car was 150 USD for 6 days). They even went to go find my Uber in the rain and made me sit inside so I wouldn’t get wet. I would definitely rent from them again. Like the other reviewer, we originally wanted to pick up our car at 7:30 AM and they messaged us the evening before on whatsapp and said we could come pick up the car at 6 PM free of charge since they don’t open until 9 AM. We opted just to come in when they opened but be aware only the Ace in the airport is 24 hr. Definitely let them know or contact them if you are planning on picking up the car early in the morning! FYI -They are a smaller car joint so they do monitor your speed and for scratches -Ace and Eras Car Rental are a combination car rental so it’s more helpful to put in Eras in the GPS!

Rude staff and not open 24 hours. This location advertises itself as open 24 hours — it is not. We had a car reserved for 8:00 am and when we arrived at 7:45 am, no one was there. We had to call three different numbers until someone answered and then we waited outside in the cold for thirty minutes until someone arrived. When the employee arrived, he was rude, yelling at us, and insisting it was our fault for arriving early. At no point did he apologize. Save your time and money — rent from Anera which is right next door. They were much friendlier to us

Location de voiture sérieuse. Voitures un peu anciennes pas dans un super état mais qui roule parfaitement. Tarifs imbattables et transport aller/retour aéroport ponctuel et gratuit

المسؤول الي شاف الضربة بالسيارة قدرها ٢٠٠ دينار و هيه بتطلع ٥٠ بالكثير، انشالله كل دينار بتنصب فيه على هالعالم تشوفه بصحتك و ولادك روح الله لا يسامحك.

ok - not great, not the worst .. delivered the car to me, had a good service.. car prices a bit high (same as corporations) but car condition was not great.
