I've been struggling to receive my full and final settlement and retainership dues for over two years now

Number 1 fraud builder in mumbai ... many of his projects are either delayed by more than 10 years .. no amenities provided ... also, some projects have been abandoned and have been taken over by NCLT court ... avoid this builder like a plague ..

The founder and his elder son have always had ethics while dealing with home buyer's. They have also supported their broker's/estate agents. Acme has been an average builder, simple design. Great people to deal with.

Worst service team I have ever encountered.. No reply despite repeated reminders...Because of their delay they charge you penalty.. Its been almost 10 years, I am yet to get the possession...I have lost the excitement of buying a new house...

I have booked in acme ozone Thane in 2019. The possession was in jun20 and its 2022 but nowhere near to possession. Very disappointing builder. There are peoples bought in this building since 2015 and they are also in dilemma

I have been chasing them since last 5 years to know the update of ACME Hills, but not even a single response received from them. Very pathetic.

Not a place to sit in their office.They sell you houses of crors of rupees and don't even have place for visitors to sit. No hospitality at all.. Pathetic...
