Very vad service. Don't ever buy gigabyte products. If your product stopped working and have any issue even under warranty, they will reject your warranty by giving stupid excuses like your motherboard is badly rusted and oxidised. Infact my motherboard is in very good condition. If my motherboard is so badly rusted and oxidised and it shouldn't even boot. But my motherboard is working properly. It just that my pci-e graphic card slot stopped working suddenly. And they are giving stupid reason that ic near pci-e slot is badly oxidised and irreparable. I am attaching picture just see where it is rusted and badly oxidised. They will just keep for 7-8 days and return you as it is by doing nothing. They will just waste your time.

It is shifted to 2nd floor gala no. 25. They will take your seagate drive and after 7 days send to your residential address as per customer registration you have done

The women staff has no manners to talk...they talk as if the goods have been given for free...and on top of that if I call once a day for enquiry they say why do you call again and again...next time I will not do any kind of deal with Active Infotech...and it will be better if no one else does this so that no one suffers a loss.

Its an okay looking place. But you're probably not going there for the aesthetics. The location on the map is correct. I spent 30 mins looking for the right place because every review said that the location is wrong. Just make sure that you create an id on myservice.accelwms.in before you reach this place since the network coverage is a little spotty there. Once that is done, you will be done there quick.

It was a blessed day to come to this hotel its really amazing and have enjoying food. Service is amazing

I was sceptical at first if it was the Service Center for Gigabyte. The Building looks like Older than most Govt School. The place doesn't look like Service Center cause it isn't. It's just a "Submit Center" for submitting your Gigabyte products. Which goes to other places for repairing or replacing. Staff are very chill and Good people. They clear all my queries. In 9 days I Got my Motherboard back and it's running like new. Timing is different cause of Covid 11 to 4 pm Mon to fri Keep that in mind.

Active infotech is service center for Seagate HDD & Gigabyte Motherboard, I have visited it for my Gigabyte Motherboard I was pretty much quickly addressed by them but they take 7-10 days for diagnosis & repair, that's basically coz Gigabyte MB diagnosis & repair is not done here they send to other Gigabyte service center in Lamington Road.

This service centre is opened for 1100hrs to 4000hrs from mon to fri, it also accepts only reparing of gigabyte's motherboard within 3yr of warranty Whatever i had said above is 100% true do like my review

Most famous brand service center under one roof. The staff is supportive and helpfull. The only concern which I felt when I entered this business center is that of the old building.

Service provided was good but the centre tends to be closed everytime i try to reach them . And they don't pick up the phone or their phone is always on hold or busy .

In google search for jbl service center its been showing in top of list but its not service center of jbl more to blame on Google search than this place. Half day was wasted of mine.

Very bad customer service, they talk as if we have made a mistake to buy there product, whn we call on number provided by croma for service they refuse to give address, a big no to them
