I had a truly wonderful stay at Address Dubai Mall. The hotel is absolutely fabulous—beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located. Everything from the ambiance to the comfort exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to Maria Cenas, who assisted me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel warmly welcomed and ensured everything was smooth and pleasant. Her attention to detail and positive energy truly made my stay memorable. Breakfast was delightful, and the overall service was impeccable. Address fountain view , This is an amazing property with such a polite staff and amazing hospitality. The views are breathtaking towards the Burj Khalif-a. The pool view is speechless The moment I entered inside my room I felt incredibly happy to see the exact view of Burj Khalifa right from my room window . The staff especially Kamran was very helpful and hardworking taking care of the clients . Thanks address! Love to stay here Super happy

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Address! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. Khalifa and Laila at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the check-in process effortless. Yehia, Nir, and all the gentlemen at valet were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always attentive. They truly made the valet and concierge experience smooth and stress-free. Exceptional service all around. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would gladly stay here again!

Our stay at Address Hotel Downtown was truly exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, which made everything incredibly convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the top-notch quality of service. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff and dining team went above and beyond. They coordinated a beautiful surprise for my grandmother’s birthday, complete with a birthday cake and delicious treats waiting in her room, as well as special attention during breakfast. It was incredibly thoughtful and made the celebration unforgettable. The room cleaning service was also of the highest quality—prompt, professional, and consistently excellent. A special mention goes to Padam, whose generosity, kindness, and attention to even the smallest details were remarkable. Day after day, he made sure we were completely satisfied with our stay, and each time he managed to impress us even more. His genuine care truly elevated our experience. This hotel delivers luxury not only through its facilities and location, but through the people who make you feel genuinely welcome and valued. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will absolutely be returning.

My kids and I had a great experience thanks to Joe, the lifeguard at The Address-Dubai Mall. He was extremely professional, attentive, and very kind to my children.He did an outstanding job ensuring the safety of my kids and everyone around the pool area It’s reassuring to see someone who takes safety so seriously while still being friendly and approachable.
