I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, but Address Beach Resort Fujairah truly stood out because of its exceptional hospitality. It was actually my third experience in this property.
Overall, every staff member — from reception, restaurant, housekeeping, to the lifeguards — was friendly, polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The hotel and its staff are extremely family- and kid-friendly. Since we were travelling with a toddler, the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The reception staffs Afia and her colleague gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel valued from the beginning. Although our first impression was slightly affected as the bellboy was unavailable upon arrival, the reception team acted immediately to rectify the issue and even upgraded our room as a gesture of goodwill, which we truly appreciated.
The restaurant staff were caring and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to accommodating our child’s dietary requirements. A few individuals who truly stood out were Chef Azeem from the kitchen, who thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for my wife and prepared specific meals for our toddler.
Mr. Ombir from the restaurant was exceptional in taking care of all our needs and requests. He coordinated with the kitchen in advance to ensure our child’s preferred food options were always available.
Nyasha and her team in the restaurant were also incredibly attentive and personable. They even surprised us with a greeting card and a selection of fruits to thank us for our visit — a gesture that was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated.
The housekeeping staff Kavishka assigned to our room was attentive to detail and personalised the room setup according to our preferences. He proactively arranged a drying rack on the balcony and was always flexible, especially on occasions when we had to postpone room cleaning because our child was sleeping.
There were only a few areas that could be improved:
-The bellboy was unavailable upon arrival, although the reception team handled the situation very well. And on check-out the service was good.
-The set menu became repetitive after a few days, however the restaurant staff were highly accommodating with alternative options always.
-The room air conditioning at night tends to glitch and does not function properly. During night time, for some reason the room was getting warmer. However during the day, it was cooling perfectly. [I did not report the issue to the hotel because it was happening late night].
-The main swimming pool could benefit from renovation.
Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent. The warmth, attentiveness, and personalised service from the staff made our stay memorable, and we would gladly return again with our family.
