. برای اتاق سوئیت مبلغ ۶۰٬۰۰۰ افغانی پرداخت کردم، اما صادقانه بگویم خدمات و امکانات آن حتی ارزش ۲۰٬۰۰۰ افغانی را هم نداشت. تقریباً هیچ تفاوتی میان سوئیت و اتاق‌های عادی وجود نداشت. تمام بیماران برای واکسیناسیون و سایر خدمات در یک صف قرار داده می‌شدند و به بخش دیگر شفاخانه انتقال می‌یافتند، در حالی که انتظار می‌رود برای خدمات ویژه و هزینه‌ای که پرداخت شده، شرایط متفاوت باشد. وضعیت اتاق نیز مناسب نبود. تشناب مشکل داشت، برای دریافت ریموت کنترول ایرکندیشن مدت زیادی منتظر ماندیم، ریموت تلویزیون موجود نبود و حتی چاینک برقی که در اتاق گذاشته بودند خراب بود و کار نمی‌کرد. بیشترین نگرانی ما مربوط به مراقبت‌های پس از عملیات بود. تنها یک روز بعد از عمل جراحی ما را مرخص کردند، در حالی که بیمار هنوز درد داشت. شب دهم جون ۲۰۲۶ حدود ساعت ۱ بامداد به دلیل درد شدید دوباره به شفاخانه مراجعه کردیم، اما پرستار خواب بود و برای بیدار شدن مسئول دواخانه نیز حدود ۱۰ دقیقه منتظر ماندیم. با توجه به مبلغی که پرداخت کردیم، انتظار خدمات، نظافت، رسیدگی و مراقبت بسیار بهتری داشتیم. بر اساس تجربه شخصی خود، من به هیچ‌کس توصیه نمی‌کنم که بسته سوئیت این شفاخانه را انتخاب کند. به نظر من انتخاب بسته‌های ارزان‌تر یا مراجعه به شفاخانه‌های دیگر گزینه بسیار بهتری خواهد بود

شفاخانه غیر مسلکی. مریض را عملیات میکنند طفل را ولادت داده نمیتوانند، هر مریض که مراجعه میکند میگویند باید عملیات شود، این شفا خان قصابی هست. لطف نموده به این شفا خانه مراجعه نکنید و مریض خود را به خطر عملیات نندازید.

I recently visited Adei Hospital and was truly impressed by the overall quality of the facility. The hospital environment is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, offering a sense of comfort and professionalism from the moment you enter. The standards of care appear to be high, and the staff members are respectful, well-trained, and helpful, which makes the entire experience more reassuring — especially during sensitive times. The surroundings are peaceful, and the people around, including both staff and patients, contribute to a very positive and respectful atmosphere. However, the only concern I had was regarding the high cost. Charges for consultation, treatment, and especially medicines are significantly more expensive compared to other facilities. While the quality may justify the pricing to some extent, it might not be affordable for everyone. Overall, Adei Hospital stands out for its quality, cleanliness, and professional environment, but more affordability or transparency in pricing would make it even better.

Serious Concerns - Potential Lab Result Manipulation and More I am writing with grave concerns about the medical and administrative practices at Adie Hospital in Wazir Akbar-Khan. My family’s experience here was distressing and raises alarming questions about ethics and patient safety. My wife received prenatal care at this branch. Despite our request to transfer her to a more convenient location due to traffic, the hospital insisted she stay. Soon after, she gave birth, and our newborn suffered perinatal asphyxia. Our concerns are serious: 1. Unnecessary Intervention: Labor was induced without a clear medical reason, putting my wife and baby at undue risk. 2. Deceptive Billing: The accounting department deliberately withheld a valid discount, applying it only after I questioned them directly. This lack of transparency feels like intentional overcharging. 3. SHOCKING DISCREPANCY IN LAB RESULTS - POSSIBLE MANIPULATION: This is the most alarming issue. After 11 days in the ICU, our baby was discharged. The hospital's own lab reported a critically high urea level (48.5 mg/dl) and recommended immediate re-hospitalization. Seeking a second opinion, we tested at FMIC. Their result was a normal 29 mg/dl. Such a massive, clinically significant difference cannot be dismissed as a simple error. It strongly suggests the manipulation of lab results to justify unnecessary and costly further treatment. Important Update: I am grateful to share that our baby is now approaching their first birthday and is in excellent health. This positive outcome happened despite—not because of—the hospital's alarming recommendation for extended hospitalization based on their questionable lab result. This experience has shattered our trust. The combination of questionable medical decisions, dishonest billing, and what appears to be fraudulent manipulation of diagnostic tests is unacceptable. We urge extreme caution to anyone considering this facility for care.

Very frustrating experience at Adei Hospital. Nobody can speak Pashto in there i tried to speak to them they totally ignored me and asked me to bring a translator so that they know what i’m saying, It is completely unacceptable for a major hospital to ignore a national language and put the burden on the patient. Very poor and biased attitude from the staff.

This hospital is amazing. Well experienced doctors and staff. I really loved this place.

The service is extremely bad the doctor fail to hand over the full report to my wife and when we went again she start to blame my wife for her own mistake. Not happy at all we will never come back to the hospital.

Very irresponsible staff Replying after hours

Firstly there were 6 nurse and 5 patient in one room the doctor was occupied with other patients and literally ignored me I had an ultrasound I told the doctor I had PCOS she wrote the medication on the paper and handed out to me with any consultation I asked about the medication she denied explaining very rude I don’t recommend them to anyone maybe this might me my experience but very unprofessional
