Two days ago around 9:30 PM, we purchased a pair of shoes from your addidas store (opposite side of Al Nahda Specialty Hospital) . At that time, one African lady staff and one male staff from Kerala were on duty. The lady staff was very polite and helpful — really appreciated her behavior. However, the male staff showed too much attitude and was not behaving well. We are also from Kerala, but his attitude was disappointing.

Two days back I visited this store for exchange an item the Ethiopian lady smile and welcoming face even if I hold a shoping bag made me comfortable she helped me for exchange her approach and service makes me to buy more items I give thumbs up to that lady a role model to those staff everywhere who gives bad look bad service when they know it's exchange thanks again you will find the store Al nahda Dubai infront of NMC hospital

Amazing Prices, great range and very friendly staff. Few days back got a chance to visit this store and it was after a little bad experience in one of the other stores. Needed to refund something which i bought online as per their policy stores cant refund that which is understandable but teams are supposed to communicate it in professional way. while people in other store wasn’t bothered by it here they not only listened to the issue but help to resolve it, There was an African lady who listened to the issue and then called a tall indian guy who i assume was the Manager, he not only listened to the issue but also explain why it can’t be done in the store and then help me to request a refund through my app. This was the support we were looking for from other store as well but it was finally done through Al Nahda branch.

This is my second review for this store, and unfortunately, my experience with their products has been disappointing. I purchased a jacket for my child, and it developed bubbles within a few months. Although the store replaced it, the replacement product had the same issue. Recently, I bought shoes for my child, and within three months, the shoes were tore at the laces. When I approached the store manager about it, they refused to replace or repair the shoes, instead implying that the product wasn't used properly. This is unacceptable. I strongly recommend purchasing from an official Adidas store for better quality and service.

Please try to avoid Such Staff as this is affecting your Reputation.. Me and my friends had to go out to other branch bcoz of this guy... Too disappointing!!!

Good Pricing outlet store. Even though selection is less compared to other stores

I had a very unpleasant experience with the salesperson. She was extremely arrogant throughout the interaction. When I initially asked for non-marking shoes for kids, she claimed they didn’t have any. However, I found them on the racks myself. When I asked for help finding the right size for my child, her response was dismissive: “As a father, you should know!” I explained that it’s difficult to determine because each brand has its own sizing system, but she remained unhelpful. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. Thankfully, a colleague of hers stepped in, helped me find the correct size, and resolved the issue. However, during billing, the original salesperson ignored me entirely and didn’t bother to process my purchase. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing from start to finish.

Really bad service from staff. They were not helpfull at all. The store was showing 2 pieces of shoes in system but they can't find them and each one was asking another staff to search, finally no one searched and they just said sorry it is not available. I usually go to this store, but recent staff are not at all helpful.

Nice and quiet place. Peaceful shopping. Salesperson Patrice and the Arabic lady at the counter ( I forgot her name) are nice, quietly helping the shoppers. No unwanted noise.

Wide selection, always find different offers. Place is nicely kept, clean and very organized. Parking spots always available in front of it and it is rarely busy. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed, not the annoying type that follows you around.

Amazing shop, in the al nahda 1 area, i have bought a pair of predator boots, it was amazing. The items are amazing and for a decent price, all the new items for a cheap price. Customer service is very nice and staff is kind.

It's a nice store. But the day I visited I strictly went for football boots Unfortunately they were all out of stock I feel like that should never happened. It really leaves a bad taste in the mouth But all in all a good store like every other adidas store

I have been to many Adidas outlets but I would read this at highest place due to customer servilewis. The staff not only excused me for not giving time. But also explained me the reason of it. He was very nice and polite.

Very good store if you are looking for sports equipment specifically for football shoes the store is very clean and the staff are very friendly and very helpful and professional and if you have any concerns they are more than welcome to help you and make sure you are satisfied overall would recommend it
