adidas Store

update: after a lot of coordination, i received a display piece that's used and not even a new one. attaching the picture in the box. pls note- just yesterday, i took a picture of the shoes at the store which is attached too. (1st April 2026)- it's 5 PM and the shoes have not been sent yet. Salesman didn't pick my call over 9 times today. They said stock is not available. Some scam to get their monthly sales numbers in. Shoes have not been delivered. Had to follow up 20 times+ from the morning and i'm hearing constant excuses. I'm very disappointed. Can't believe I trusted adidas :)) Feel like a fool now. They've made me pay the full amount btw and not fulfilled the word they gave me. Absolutely terrible. I expected better out of you guys. (31 march 2026)- Murali (salesman) and Farhan (manager) assisted me very well. extremely patient and i left with a lovely experience. 12/10 recommend visiting. I bought football boots (predators size 6). happy with the service :) since they didn't have the boots in store, they also said they'd provide home delivery tomorrow by 12 PM which is very convenient for me!

Disappointed with Misleading Warranty Claim & Poor Customer Service – Adidas Store, 100ft Road, Indiranagar I had a very disappointing experience with the Adidas store on 100ft Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru. On 31st October 2024, I purchased a football for ₹2,999 (images attached). At the time of purchase, the salesperson explicitly told me that the ball came with a 2-year warranty, which I even confirmed again before finalizing the purchase. I also shared this information with my friends in our group chat at that time. However, on Saturday, 27th September 2025, I returned to the store to report visible wear and tear on the ball (photos attached). To my surprise, the staff immediately dismissed my concern and claimed the product only carries a 3-month warranty. When I mentioned I had been told it was 2 years, I was informed they could not retrieve the original bill due to it being a busy day. I was told the store manager would call me within an hour—no one did. The next day (Sunday), I followed up with another call, and a staff member said the assistant manager would get back to me. Again, no response. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. What was communicated to me at the time of sale now seems to be false, and despite being a loyal Adidas customer, I am seriously reconsidering visiting this store again. The lack of accountability and poor follow-up only adds to the negative experience. This doesn’t seem like a simple mistake—it feels more like a sales gimmick to mislead customers at the point of purchase. If I had known the warranty was only 3 months, I might not have purchased the product at all to would have visited the store on 27th September 2025. I strongly urge Adidas to look into this incident and ensure their staff provides accurate warranty information. I also recommend customers record their purchases or request written confirmation of verbal commitments to avoid similar issues. This isn’t just about the money—it’s about trust and responsibility. Who is held accountable when incorrect information is shared with customers? Quite an expensive place. Check online you ll get much better deal. However, staff is good and helpful, they have decent parking as well.

Adidas Indiranagar offers a great selection of quality sportswear and footwear with helpful staff and a clean, well-organized store. Prices can be high, but sales offer good value.

Very limited variety. Staff is not interested mostly. Looks like they are interested in gym clothes only as there is no variety of casuals in the store. All the clothes are dry fit only. Upper floor is always dark as if they are saving electricity.

First time visiting an adidas store and got a perfect running shoe. It’s been long using nike and i just want to try out another brand and i was happy to see a good bunch of collections to pick around. The store ambiance and merchandise was outstanding and the supporting staff was so kind to show each models until we select ours. Unlike to usual outlets where people may push you to buy something which is of not your taste. We had a good Instore experience and huge offers where also running which saves some money even going with a premium one.

Went to the Adidas Indiranagar store to exchange my Manchester United Terrace Icon jersey, and honestly the experience wasn’t great. I asked for a smaller size and the salesperson handed me a normal Manchester united jersey to try on. When I asked for a Authentic home jersey to try on, they again gave me the fan home jersey, when asked they don't know that 2 variants exist in jerseys and felt like they didn’t even know what they are selling. Same story when I asked for an Adidas Originals Firebird jacket. Instead of the Originals one, they brought me a regular Adidas jacket. It really seemed like most of the staff had no idea about the products they were selling and models available in Adidas. More than half of the sales persons were just walking around or conversing among themselves and not really helping any customers. The store is located at the best location in Bangalore, but the team running the show is killing the brand by their lack of knowledge and the laid-back attitude just leaves customers frustrated. By a Just another frustrated customer.

I contacted Shibani and Farhan to order the cricket jerseys for a corporate event. Both of them were very cooperative in providing the options and variety available. In addition to it - Farhan suggested a shop to print names in jerseys .. all this was done in 2 hrs. Thank you both of you Shibani and Farhan!

Extremely disappointing! I clearly specified the size I wanted, yet the store executive billed me for a smaller size, which I only realized after opening the packet at home. The next day, when I asked over the phone if I could exchange it at another Adidas store, I was told exchanges are only possible at the same location or non-franchise outlets—highly inconvenient. When I still went back to the same store, no one bothered to assist me in finding the right size, and the staff member responsible for the mistake showed zero accountability. Shockingly poor service for a flagship store.

The collection here is quite limited and could be better. The staff were okay, but their service could definitely use some improvement.

Worst .. no response and careless they think no one can afford Adidas.. hence they are not interested in selling . Brand attitude they show but they should realise adidas is shrinking boat

The store is well designed and maintained. Staff are very friendly and polite. They helped me to get the jersey printed and we're very kind to help. Addidas fabric is way ahead in quality then other brands

The store was big enough to showcase all of their latest models. The appearance was good, nearly maintained, the staff is friendly. Didn't have a size beyond UK10 for few shoes but the staff is willing to get from stores in other areas. Went for buying Tennis shoes, never failed to impressed with the quality of Adidas with their shoes, shirts, shorts, caps, etc. The ClimaLite collection is awesome for any sport.

The store is at a super cool location. No doubts about the collection you will get all stuff from Addidas here. Parking can be done in the off road open space . And they are hosting a free training program for marathon runners on Thursday and Saturday by 6 am.

Bought Barricade Tennis Shoes and the service was commendable. Good collection.

I recently visited the Adidas store at [Indranagar] for an exchange, and I was genuinely impressed with how smooth and hassle-free the process was. The staff (Santosh) was courteous, quick, and very supportive throughout the entire exchange. They verified the product and assisted me in choosing the right size without any delays or unnecessary questions. It felt very professional and customer-friendly. I truly appreciate the efficient service and the positive attitude of the team. Great experience overall – thank you, Adidas!

Excellent service from Mr.Loganath and good collection

Went to the store today to exchange a pair of Adidas Samba shoes for a larger size or a different style. Received absolutely no assistance from the staff. They were either attending to new customers or standing around chatting among themselves. The store was relatively empty, so there was no excuse. I’m shocked by the pathetic level of service. I wasted half an hour trying to get the attention of multiple staff members, only to leave completely frustrated. The service at the Brigade Road outlet is far better.

the store collection is one of best ones in Bangalore but what differs is the quality of their service... I went to the store and had some special requests... Mr. Khan, the store manager didn't blink an eye to extend his support and was extremely courteous and friendly. I believe service of such standards is what makes a difference.. keep up the good work

The Adidas store is a very well designed space. The most important part is they allow the space to be used for training and warm up exercises for marathon runners who are part of Adidas Bengaluru runners club. It helps in socialising and get the much needed motivation. Kudos to Adidas and love this culture.
