Always a pleasure visiting this branch! The entire team: Fathi, Iggy, JP, Htet, Aldrin, Jessy & Ahmed are all such a professional & sharp-looking group. They are incredibly welcoming & always on point with their recommendations. It’s rare to find a store where everyone is this helpful & energetic. Great job to the whole crew!

I recently bought 2 pair of shoes during the buy 1get 1 offer and once I started using the shoe i figured out that the right leg shoe is bigger then the left leg shoe. I think it is too late because i have already come for vacation and used the shoe twice or thrice. It will be helpful if the store can guide me on the refund policy of used product because clearly it is a manufacturing defect and causing issue while using it.

This is the best Adidas store I’ve been to. The staffs are very helpful and don’t just focus on making a sale. They offer the products that suits my needs. All you have to do is ask ☺️

I just visited this outlet today dated Dec. 02, 2025 at 12:20pm and unfortunately my friend trying to reach her size on the upper shelves but unintentionally the shelves got disarranged.One of the staff approaches us named Ahmad and told us if we needed help ask for assistance. We apologize how many times and tried to help but he acted rudely by putting down the shoe boxes with attitude. If any damages I am willing to pay no need to treat us with such disrespect. I hope that this kind of treatment will not be experience by your other customers.

Great experience at the Adidas Outlet Store in Al Mada Complex! The staff, especially Ms. Joy, were friendly and always smiling, making shopping enjoyable. Well done, Adidas team—keep it up! ♥️

Giving it 2 stars because mostly the sizes are not available of choice and also the variety is very limited considering it as an outlet center. Dubai outlet mall outlet of Adidas is good.but in alain its just ok. Staffs also need to be more vigilant in stores as I didn't see them supportive with clients as they should be

This is a new location. Their kids collection is very small. The Abu Dhabi branch is better

This is the first time I visited here, I felt it’s quite smaller than the one it was in clock tower. It looked organised but with fewer collections. The staffs are amazing.

I came 3 pm but closed in Ramadan. And in Google Maps mentioned open. I came from far place. Why

My bad experience today from this Al Ain outlet, they closed the fitting room and the female staff said its not allowed to use, she said its fine to return or exchange if the size is not fit for me, what kind of mindset is that? That is the right customer service? They don't care about the time of customer, what if the customer is from far distance?"TIME IS VERY IMPORTANT"...Now this happen to me, i take 2pcs of medium size but the 1pc is a little bit small compare with other one, im not comfortable to wear it...NOW I NEED TO COMEBACK ONLY TO CHANGE IT, if the fitting room is open to use by customer, this will not happen.. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF FITTING ROOM IF IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE ?????

This is my first bad experience this outlet for how long years I’m purchasing this shop. I encountered a staff that is not approachable, rude and sarcastic her name is Ms Joy.

I have seen shoes for best prices than in other adidas shops. But less collections and don’t have every sizes for shoes
