The staff are very friendly and helpful.. Products with huge discounts and there are sizes too. I have shopped around 4K here. Ambience is really nice and it’s a huge store with lots of collections. The thing is they only three fitting rooms where we need to wait.

Very unfriendly Staff who seem to think they are doing a favor. Not responding to queries. Only single word responses. Walked out of the shop within 5 minutes due to this staff attitude. Not going back to this place again.

I'm speechless by the way my shoe turned out. Shoes aren't cheap but the service is. The response from the staffs is worse. They were rude as if I ask their kidneys. I'm spending my hard earned money for what, to be scammed? I went to Kolkata, city of joy and I lost my joy because I got a cheap quality shoe.

I got a pair of SL 70's, fair pricing! Cooperative Staff, just need to be little more communicative!

Terrible staff! Their earlier team was much better! We are regular at this store and were absolutely disappointed with our last visit on Sunday. There were hardly 2 customers in the store and about 4-5staff, yet they were not approaching! For every question we asked we received 1 word answers and no alternate options shown. The team was extremely lazy and felt like they just wanted people to leave the store and go!

A very well maintained store,good vibe and was assisted by Zabiulla khan who helped me purchase my football boots and the shoes also are awesome !!!!!! New Jerseys are still not upgraded!! But new store next to baskin robins,cafe iftar, close to Decathlon..

First, not worth the price and within 4 months the sole flapped. And with 90 day warranty policy, the eligibility for replacement was not possible. But the funny,I was advised (store guys)to visit a good cobbler to get the shoe fixed ☺️. I was not expecting any replacement but response was a bit surprise. My suggestion, pls think before you buy shoes from Adidas.

I went here to purchase a size UK7.5 football studs as a gift - but they had 7 and 8. The sales boy really brainstormed with me comparing other running sizes UK9 and casual shoes size 8 etc. Finally we decided upon size UK8. AAANDDD IT WAS PERFECT! 👏🏼🎉 The friend was too happy as he loved the studs and fit. They also promised to exchange in case size was an issue. I'd however come back for exchange of shirt and they took that as well. Exchanged for same amount plus lol extra. Overall management and the complete experience was really good. Il stick to this for gifting anything w.r.t sports items. Cheers 🥂

Suraj was really helpful in finding stuff and was an amazing experience

I recently visited the Hennur road Gubbi cross Adidas showroom and had a disappointing experience due to the owner's unprofessional behavior. Upon entering, I was met with a rude greeting, and the owner seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When I asked a question about a product, I was brushed off and treated dismissively. It was disheartening to see such a lack of customer service, especially from someone who should be representing the brand. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the management addresses this issue because it reflects poorly on the entire store.

Usually when you walk into few stores the response is very ordinary but this adidas store is an exception. The people go out of their way to help you pick the right pair. A special thanks to Suraj Chetry for the exceptional customer service, suggesting and helping me pick the perfect pair of shoes. Superb job!!!! The manager and the other support staff were also very helpful. Thank you everyone for making the experience a delightful one!!!

Store experience was great especially Jogendra Kumar services. He was very patient and helpful and made my buying experience awesome. Also got a chance to try on the latest Ultraboost running shoes. It was amazingggg. Felt like walking on a cloud. Kudos to Addidas team.

Very Rude Behaviour from the showroom staffs.

Worst shop to visit. I and my son visited this shop today 15th November between 3:45 to 4:30 pm. The sales person with a hat I remember and long hair male was standing on our head despite I told him that will call you if require. Such things are irritating and we tried to inform other sales man and he was just nodding his head. Seems this shop is running without proper training to their sales team. Disgusting. Pathetic experience. Will never visit and request all to not to visit this shop.

Ambience is good, however Badminton shoes as advertised in the net are not available.

Adidas Hennur road- Be careful from store guys, we visited recently this factory outlet and finalized shoes and jackets where there was a labeling of 60% discount. The shoes original price was some 11k and they put 60% discount labeling, when I asked the store guys he immediately removed the 60% discount stickers infront of me and told me he can give me special discount of 50%. When I asked there is a labeling for 60% discount and why you removed that labeling he simply ignored and told he can give 50% only…. Same thing happened for kids jackets as well. I will find the store owner and raised this complain against store guys… Be careful before purchasing anything from this store.

Called prior to coming and checked if they had a Samba UK7 black and after their confirmation travelled to only find out they don’t have it. They need to do better!
