one star for the promotion and 1 star for the good african man who upsell the shoes instead of just getting pants/jacket. it’s not busy in day time, and i’m very sure that my kabayan in the cashier is not fasting for me to tolerate her attitude - even the guy who sell karak outside knows how to greet customer and feel you comfortable. shame on adidas if this is normal.

There was 2 tags here I asked an executive about 2 different tags He is asking , you read what's written there After reading, i wanted to know if the offer applies to all box or just that box He keeps arguing me about me reading and saying what's written to him Such irrespective sales person are kept in the store Expecting a sale Please addidas, we are coming to your store not to argue with your staffs We don't have time for that I really wanted to purchase a shoe, I chose another shop Please don't keep cheap salesperson for profit They need to have the brand manners The way to customers He was a dark bald man with beard, if he can't respond to customers questions and he wants the customer to read again to him...ask him to quit the job man

I was with a friend at the Adidas store in Al Ghurair Mall to buy some shoes, but we had a really bad experience. Two Filipina staff members, especially Lenny, were very rude. They seemed to judge us based on our appearance and lacked of proper training in customer service. They didn’t know how to properly assist customers. When we raised our concerns their excuse was that they were short staffed. But that is not an excuse for speaking to customers in a disrespectful way. We expected them to be friendly since they are our fellow Filipinos, but we were completely wrong. However, when they assisted an American customer, they were very polite. I’m never visiting this branch again. We ended up rushing just to buy 1 shoes because the experience was so disappointing.

ADIDAS OUTLET AL GHURAIR MALL: Complaint Regarding Misleading Display and Customer Service Earlier today, on June 23, 2024, I visited your outlet and encountered a significant issue regarding the display and availability of merchandise. Specifically, two black GN2038 LINEAR DUFFEL MEDIUM bags were prominently displayed on the top shelves. After confirming with several staff members that these were the last items available, I proceeded with my shopping, spending approximately 30 minutes in your store. I was informed, around 8:20 pm at checkout, by a cashier (a woman with curly hair), that the bags were not for sale and their display was a mistake. This was deeply frustrating since I had planned to purchase them and had already informed my friends about it. The lack of communication among your staff and the misleading display of items that were not available for purchase reflects poorly on the store's management and customer service standards. Such instances are not only inconvenient but also unethical from a consumer perspective.

Yesterday I went there and had a look at shoes for my girlfriend at the lady's products. Then I look box by box, size, and size. Almost we found the one we looking for at the time a young man asked me what kind of shoes you looking for, so I told him “ I am looking for kind of that one and the size 38. Then he told me you need to look here and don’t put down the box on the floor. Then I tell him “ no I don’t do that, the one I took from there I put it back”. And he told me again what did you put it back? After that happened I called my girlfriend and dropped the shoe the one we wanted. We left. Thank you for your patience and best service. I know it's very busy but they should not talk to people in front of people. That's kind of attitude.
