Adidas Durbarmarg by Brandhouse

Dear Adidas Customer Care, I would like to report an issue with my Adidas shoes. After minimal normal use, the toe-box material has developed deep creases and damage, as shown in the attached photos. This occurred without misuse and appears to be a material or manufacturing defect. I request a review of this issue under warranty and a suitable solution such as replacement or refund.

This is the place where I didn’t get any support from any of the support staff to find literally any pair of shoes. As Adidas, guys, please consider these people including the manager in the counter are just destroying your reputation. Just beside them the other outlets are full of good people while just opposite to this place, I had the most cordial support from Nike and could purchase 3 pairs. What a pity! Worst outlet ever 😢

puke worthy adidas outlet of durbar marg. customer service is worst , all the staffs seem like they hate being there..The guy behind the counter has no sense of attending customers. And also, the products they show case it there are not worth the money , not even an authentic packaging at all (box nor bag). Never going back to this durbar marg adidas outlet! Didn't want to give a star but there wasn't any options!

Worst experience in so called authentic store, bought a pack of socks and no one knows anything about the product. All of the staff members looked like they did not want to be there, I used a pair for about 3 hours and the fabric is so bad and it started smelling which was rather an inconvenience and embarrassing moment. I have never been unhappy about any purchases like this before. If you are reading this please be careful, the products are not genuine at all not the socks anyway. I don't understand how possibly it would be a successful business if its built around lies, the owner obviously have loads of money and no bloody sense at all. Over priced. No exchange, no refund. Due to urgency, bought a shoe at full MRP. When asked for minimum 5% discount on 14990 price tag. The counter person was rude while saying no discount. Later found more better Adidas at another authorised store at good rate as well as on online store. Regrets.

I usually dont shop in these fancy stores in durbar marg, kathmandu, unless its very urgent and needy, coz i know its not very authentic. Had bad experience yesterday in so called adiddas showroom. Poor mannered staffs with dirty floors as well as uncleaned new arrival shoes. Hate it with my soul 😅. It was like- "if you want to buy in my 5* showroom then buy otherwise leave" type attitude. OMG i am shocked

It is well maintained , neat and clean shop. Mostly I like it when there is seasonal discounts upto 50%, where I can have branded and comfortable shoe in low price. Good customer care.

Adidas showroom is average. Since I couldn’t find shoes from recent launch. Other than that I mean quality of adidas is always great and I love to wear them.

The person who assisted me was quite unhelpful and not understanding most English words didn’t help either. They were really opposite of eager to help. Or just offering basic assistance.

This is not an official adidas store. It’s just a store using Adidas branding to sell Adidas items. some items may be genuine (at a far higher prices than what it should be) but lot of the items (specially the shoes) were not authentic

Everything was good about the store. But one staff member was very uninterested and unhelpful. Felt rude to the utmost. Otherwise everything was good.

Went with friends for their shopping 🛍️. Ekdam rude no option in clothes yesto Billa Billa design ani high price.

got some great looking items and one very practical back-pack. Prices keep being border line.

Adidas exclusive shoes and apparel store in Durbar Marg towards Royal palace. They have decent collection and selection.

Very unfriendly staff... and lacks good customer service skill. Place is good but needs a better and friendly staff.

High priced. Mostly made in Sri Lanka and Thailand made products.
