We had an excellent shopping experience at the Adidas store, thanks to Store Manager Nilesh, and Farhan. Nilesh spent considerable time understanding our requirements and helping us choose the right products. His technical knowledge of the footwear and apparel was exceptional, and he patiently explained the features and benefits of different options, making it much easier for us to make the right choice. Farhan was equally professional and helpful throughout the process. Together, they provided outstanding customer service with great courtesy. What made the experience even more better was that Nilesh had previously managed the nearby Skechers store, where he had provided us with the same exceptional level of service a couple of years ago. It was great to see that his commitment to customer satisfaction remains unchanged. A big thank you to both Nilesh and Farhan, and Adidas is fortunate to have team members like them.

Nice store, good collection, good salespeople, minimum 40% off off on shoes, some pairs didnt have any discounts, same rate like the other stores. Bought Supernova Ease, tbh the 6k price was the same as other stores and online.. These factory outlets are not like before...

I had a great experience at the Adidas. I visited the store looking for an Adidas Ozmillen shoe, but unfortunately my size was not available. One of the staff members, Meenakshi, went above and beyond to help me. She patiently checked all the available options in the store and then tried to arrange the same model from other nearby outlets, but it was not available there either. Not giving up, she searched for the shoe online and found that it was available at a store in Gurgaon. She informed me that it would take about two days to arrive. Since I had a flight in the next three days, this was perfect for me, and she immediately arranged it. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had at an Adidas store. Meenakshi’s dedication, effort, and professionalism truly stood out. Thanks to her, I was able to get exactly what I wanted in time. Excellent service by the Adidas.

5 star because of Rohit/Rahul i forgot.tgat guy name . So kind so gentle he helped us so much to get 2 pair of shoes and had visit 3 4 days before too that time some other guy was assisting he was least interested to help us . Was very disappointed that day .

However, Mr. Yashwant took ownership of my request. He went above and beyond to locate and make the item available for me, successfully securing a product that seemed to be unavailable anywhere else. Today while talking to my mom as normal discussion we talk about shoes she was telling me about her yoga day coming up she is looking for some shoes as I'm not available in India I'm in ( UAE Abudhabi ) and where I work we also have Addidas outlet so I check there and try to call in Mira road outlet as we belong to Mira road as well Lucky some one answer the call name as Mr Farhan..🫰really appreciate when I talk to him and explain my side he didn't even thought once to share his number and I contacted him he share me all the shoes picture and we selected some really appreciate his hard effort and mom is very happy for this.. coz to come there for her it's bit difficult to travel thank you once again (Mr Farhan ) god bless you... Very dissapointed with STAFF SERVICE. They are not at all interested to attend. Went directly inbetween innings break to buy a shoe in my cricket attire. The guy didn't came to attent sent a female staff and then they both are making faces like i am just a wandering customer. I already own 3 Adidas shoes and i also worked in retail. This is not how to greet your customer. Atleast they could have shown me few articles they didn't even let me go inside just said no we do not have any cricket shoes seriouslly Indian cricket jersey sponsor Brand albassador like Rohit Sharma no cricket shoes in Dahisar Factory outlet? Adidas CC and team kindly train your Dahisar Factory outlet employee properly and ask them to stop making faces.

Adidas Dahisar Check Naka is a factory outlet with incredible discount and wide variety. The staff is well trained n helpful. Me and my husband had purchased shoes which we selected carefully but yet my husband, after using it found that it was hurting n developed a blister. We asked the store people for a way out with some hesitation but Sudesh from the staff willing guided us with the procedure to customer care n request to replace. Although after constant follow up we got the approval and got a new pair. This time Sameer assisted us where as last time was Neha. Undoubtedly the new ones are comfortable and stylish too.

Lot of shoes in various categories are available. Discount will be available on some shoes. New arrivals doesn't have any discount. Different soles with different colour combinations are available. Staff are very helpful to find the correct shoe for your need.
