I have purchased tv from this shop. The sales person promoted and biased towards only sony tv, where for the similar price range can get better tv. Do not buy any product from this shop. Sales person lack technical knowledge, incapable to explain the product features and guide to buy proper product, or They hide the information and forcefully promote what they want to sell. Discount is not good when I compared with other shop.

If you don’t want to get scammed, avoid this place at all costs! Their so-called “cashback” gimmick is nothing but a trap — you’ll find the same products elsewhere at even lower prices without the fake offers. The store experience is pathetic. Staff have zero respect for customers. I asked for an order cancellation because their quotes were unnecessarily high, and instead of helping, they spun random stories and treated me like I was clueless. Absolutely unprofessional and insulting. This is nothing but a push-sale setup where they force products onto you and then claim cancellation isn’t possible. Message to management: If you can’t respect customers or run a business with integrity, better shut the store than run it with such arrogant store and zonal managers. Wish Google had a negative rating option — this place deserves it.

I was looking to purchase a 43 inch tv and honestly this showroom wasn't on my list but I am lucky to have stumbled upon this. The staff was kind and courteous. I checked all the tvs they had and compared them side by side. Finally bought a Sony! They delivered it quickly too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy electronics or smart tv. Kudos to the store manager too for the exceptional service and support.

Prices are too high. I have visited for LG refrigerator. Later on saw the LG authorised showroom infront of this shop and enquired, got the Best prices than this Adiahwar

We purchased all the white goods for our apartment from the Adishwar store in Jayanagar and starting from the store manager Yogesh to the staff have been informative, helpful, transparent abt features and rates and helped us all the way from research to installation ! And answered any questions we may have had even after promptly! The experience was really good that we went back again this year to purchase a TV and were again provided the same levels of great service I highly recommend it

Today by 6:35pm I visited your store for Samsung washing machine top load fully automatic 6.5kg. your executive told Samsung out if stock and she advices to move on to IFB washing machine which is good and I selected this feature. I asked 2question very simple do u have running any cash back with credit card, if yes then instant discount or 90days. Secondly add GST in bill. I just waiting from more then 15mnts then other person came telling now we can't tell about pinelab cash back once making the payment then only cash back are available or not will confirm what he said. Then other guy is telling we can't add GST in the bill, then asked what is the gst of this product again he is telling I cant tell till the time of making bill. Immediately I blasted him with the service which Ur giving to me is worst. My suggestion better you tell to team to take training about the branded products knowledge. In this advance technology still you guys are very poor and I dropped to buy this washing machine from your store.

I am extremely disappointed with the Butterfly Elektra Mixer Grinder and the after-sales service. The grinder struggles to perform even basic tasks, overheats quickly, and produces an unbearable amount of noise. The build quality is subpar, with flimsy plastic and lids that don’t stay in place, making it nearly impossible to use without a mess. To make things worse, when I reached out for service, the technician was barely addressed the issue. Instead of fixing the problem, I I expected better quality and support from a reputed brand like Butterfly, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating. I sincerely hope you take customer feedback seriously and improve both your product quality and service standards. Pls don't go for Butterfly .

Full false commitments delivery delayed and for installation also no response since TV purchased 3 days back...

We bought LG fridge. Very prompt service. Not even 24 hours after payment we received our fridge in the morning. Apart from that they have cash back offers for Dasara and Deepavali Mahotsav. Couldn't give 0 stars as 1 star is minimum. DON'T BUY PRODUCTS HERE, because the reality is once you buy products from them, they are not going to do any sort of customer service, and if you call the customer service of the brand which you bought, they also won't support you as you bought from 3rd party retailers. DON'T FALL FOR OFFER TRAPS, rather try to buy it from a direct retail store of your brand, like LG, Samsung, or Sony whatever the store is, because an offer of 1000 - 2000 rupees is not worth it , where the products are cheap and not safe. I bought a godrej refrigerator and it is full of faulty equipment, I had to sell it and buy from a direct retail store.

Terrible customer service after purchase. We received a defect product Mr Yogesh and his team were least bothered about the issue we faced. Mr Yogesh was avoiding our calls. We had to flight to get the new replacement as they were not ready to do refund. No intimation of the new replacement from the store. We had to make multiple calls and errands to the store for our replacement. So Disappointed With Adishwar !!
