I visited this casino with my entire family 10 people in total and it was by far one of the worst casino experiences I’ve ever had. Collectively, we lost thousands of dollars, and what made the experience particularly frustrating was how suspicious the CMS machines felt. I travel frequently and have played in casinos across multiple countries, yet I have never encountered odds that seemed so consistently unfavorable to players. Of course, losing is part of gambling, and nobody expects to win all the time. However, when an entire group experiences the same pattern and the machines consistently feel impossible to beat, it naturally raises concerns about the fairness of the gaming experience. This casino left us with the impression that maximizing player losses is a higher priority than providing a fair and enjoyable environment. Whether that perception is accurate or not, it was the feeling shared by all 10 members of our group. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before playing here. There are many casinos around the world where the games feel far more transparent, balanced, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.

À mon avis, deux des pires casinos de Tbilissi sont Black Opal et Adjara Casino. Ils n’ont clairement pas une véritable mentalité de service client et ne savent pas communiquer correctement avec les clients. Quand on va dans un casino, on s’attend à dépenser son argent et passer un bon moment, mais ici, on a plutôt l’impression que l’objectif est simplement que vous laissiez votre argent et que vous partiez. Malheureusement, cela a été l’une des pires expériences de casino que j’aie jamais eues.
