ADNOC Service Station | Business Bay (535)

Very unprofessional service. I have filled my car twice at this petrol station, and both times I clearly requested low-pressure filling. However, in less than 2 minutes, the tank was already filled to maximum. For context, my car’s capacity is 62 liters, and I had less than 15 liters remaining, so such a quick fill does not make sense. On a previous visit, when another staff member used low pressure as requested, it took around 8 minutes to fill up — which is what I would expect. When I raised this concern, the staff insisted it was on low pressure, which is hard to believe given the significant difference in filling time. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the process and overall service quality.

I've filled up at this gas station twice. My tank only had 60L, and I filled up when it was about 20% full. Each time I filled up more than 60L, causing gasoline to overflow and leaving a lingering gasoline smell inside the car. I once bought a can of Coke while filling up, and the staff rudely told me I wasn't allowed to stop. I really don't recommend filling up here.

Very unprofessional, rude and a Bad service This guy with Employee ID # 207380 (attendant ID 3192654288) I am speaking to him politely, but he is not responding properly. When I asked for his name, he replied, “Don’t take a picture of me.” I was not taking any photo—I was simply asking for his name so I could include it in a review. However, he refused to give it.

We liked that a machine has been installed to put a separate petrol for the bike rider. Now we don't have to wait Earlier we used to look very long and for half an hour we could not get petrol fruits in the bike ADNoc Petrol Station

The slowest service I know. It's just a monopoly (only service station downtown), so they don't care about efficiency.

This is very bad service at this petrol station coffee. The staff name is Saffia africa was very bad and rude she supposed not to work for the front line she don't have manners at all. Please try to investigate and take a action with this girl. And even the shift manager was very bad behavior he dont want to listen what customers asking for botch of them supposed not to be work in this field. Please and please whoever read this mag from management team try to take action. Just remember one thing we come here to pay and get the things so they should provide us exactly what we are asking for. Zero service and very bad experience. The lady fromthia picture should me removed from here very bad attitude.

Too much crowded, long queue lane stretching up to signal. Space is very short as compared to other fuel stations. It took almost 20 minutes to just fill the petrol and go. Not advised to visit during evening time.

Mismanaged. Broken stations, causing extremely long waiting times; once in quee cannot get out of the mess; no sings informing about the issues. When no stations are broken, the team is under staffed causing delays. Recommend to tank elsewhere.

Expect heavy traffic inside the filling station and outside at the nearby signal during rush hours. Have coffee barista.

There is a boy who fills petrol. He might be from Nepal. Today is Monday 8/9/25 and , 12:00 in the afternoon. That boy has misbehaved with me. He was challenging me, it is summer time. Most of the time you need to wait in queue for entering. Hygiene and well maintained fuel station , Big relief in this area . As normal ADNOC oasis is there.

I have been a regular customer here for almost a year. Babitha makes the best flat whites ever! Consistent with quality coffee. Always looking forward to it. The cashier and staff are also very kind and polite in their approach. Keep up the good vibes team!

It is really bad gas stations. I am buying gas and I am buying some of things from market. But all the time they put in the toilet maintenance or out of service. I am buying something I am not coming just for toilet. You close all the time. And there is no any gas station around. you don't respect human. Gas station need to have toilet. It is important because drivers need.!!!!!!!
