Every time I order coffee it needs at least 10-15 mins to make and i would be in the morning where everyone is rushing. I think you need to train your stuff to be faster

I reached to have 3 hot chocolate at 9:53 pm, then the laday tells me my shifts finished 😀! She already turned off her the coffee machine ( which i wonder if she needs it to do the hot chocolate). Very unresponsible and this is not acceptable at all.

The barista is really slow takes 30 mins for one iced drink

Very bad experience, 18/10/2025..1:45pm,, i came for fuel filling. In front of me one xuv he was filling and he parked the car in the filling area and he he went inside the shopping area, i was waiting for 10 to 15 mins,,, also your filling Bangladesh person behavior is very bad

Nice staff. During peak hours there's rush / a waiting line that moves on to the main road & it becomes difficult to manoeuvre the car at the entry & exit of the pump due to uneven road, Authorities must take some corrective action.

I don't know what is the secret behind serve your self thing, any way, good place to refill the gas, and to have tyre air for free, i think also oil change services, small supermarket, salik is there avialable.

Its such a bad thing that a company as huge as Adnoc only hires a single person at night. There are 8 cars and just a single person. Not in this station but in all stations.
