I experienced very poor customer service during my visit. The cashier staff lacked basic customer-handling skills and were unprofessional, with weak communication overall.
When I went to redeem my points, one staff member assisted me but activated my points incorrectly. I had clearly informed her that I had already redeemed 1,000 points for a buy-one-get-one offer. However, without listening to my concern, she activated another 1,000 points as a separate voucher. As a result, this voucher will expire next February even if it is not used.
Additionally, when I asked about product prices, the staff were unwilling to repeat or clearly explain the details, behaving as if customers should already know their products. This behavior was especially noticeable from one senior staff member.
I strongly believe the senior staff need proper training in customer service and communication. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience as a customer.
