Terrible service and poor communication The cashier doesnt listen or pay attention Roja was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I ordered an iced latte with coconut milk and no ice. Despite the cashier confirming "iced" and telling Roja coconut milk three times, they completely miscommunicated and served it hot. The staff seemed in a terrible mood and clearly didn't want to talk to clients. Roja won't even look at you when you are trying to give your order. Teach your employees basic respect.

Very bad service from manager and cashier name nahas Mohmaed And delay on the order in barista Use my phone and take it from my hand without any permission to scan the cow from application They use and make without gloves as well

Very bad experience Every time on car wash, whatever you come early in morning or late jn the evening, paying more then other car wash but cleaning service so bad. Much disappointed.

Very rude staff the barista girl was talking very rude to us un provoked idk why when i tried not talking to her and talk to the other person she still insisted in answering whatever i asked rudely i just left at that point

المحطة رائعة بشكل لكن ماحصل أنني ذهبت لغسيل السيارة تم تنظيفها بالماء بشكل جيد وعندما جاء وقت تنظيفها من الداخل اجتمع اربع موظفين لتنظيف السيارة وعندما انتهت ركبت سيارتي لوجهة قريبة من المحطة عندما وصلت وركنت السيارة التفت إلى الخلف وإذ بكمية اوساخ كبيرة وواضحة بين الكراسي اربع موظفين لم يروا هذه الأوساخ!!!!؟

DONT wash your cars there, Not professional Uses very bad materials to wash Specially from the inside they said no from the inside and not even papers so your floor matt get dirty at the same time.

Amazing staff members in the Adnoc oasis. Made the experience 10x better. They deserve a pay raise.

Automatic washing is not working well Water sprayers are not pointed towards the car parking spot

ريف الشام هيبر ماركت مكان جميل ومريح وفيه معروضات وتنزيلات كل يوم تقريبا انصح بزيارته وقد استاذنتهم باخذ الصور

Worst service..those are filling petrol they even not listen to customers....I ask him 4 times to clean my car front glass ...really irritating....please add their name on their Uniform so that we can Highlight & complain about such a guys.
