I came to this parlour for an eyelash lift in October, and unfortunately the results were extremely disappointing. A few lashes on my left eye ended up overly curly and kinked, and overall my lashes now look shorter and uneven. Before the lift, my lashes were naturally long and healthy, but after the treatment they look damaged and less full. I also feel that I have lost some lashes due to the over-processing. This should never happen during a properly done lash lift. I’m not satisfied with the service at all and would not recommend this place for lash treatments. Attached my before and after

I had a very disappointing experience with laser treatment at this place. The procedure was done in a very unprofessional manner, and I did not feel comfortable or confident in their expertise. Proper care, hygiene, and professionalism are extremely important in such treatments, but unfortunately, I did not experience that here. I would not recommend visiting this place, at least not for laser services. It’s better to choose a clinic where trained professionals handle such procedures.

I recently got my nail extensions done and I must say, it was such a wonderful experience! Naveen was absolutely exceptional, not only is he highly skilled, but also extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. He paid great attention to detail, patiently understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered perfectly shaped, flawless extensions that look stunning. I would highly recommend Naveen to anyone looking for top-notch nail services!

Very unprofessional saloon. Lack of knowledge about products. I strongly recommend not to visit this saloon. The have uneducated staff who has no knowledge of laser hair removal. The staff even do not know that moles are very sensitive and do not need to put them under laser. We raised complaint and they start threatening us. Anyways I personally recommend this salon not to visit.

The studio is beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are professional, attentive, and provide excellent service. I would be delighted to return and highly recommend everyone to experience their services.

A few days back, I got my lashes done over there. Within 8 days, they fell, and then I contacted them to resolve it, but they charged me for refilling it since it was their mistake. They claimed that it stayed at least for 21 days, but it couldn't last for even a week. It questions the credibility of the salon.

She is truly amazing at what she does! Anjana's skills are exceptional, whether it’s a facial, or any other beauty treatment. She takes the time to understand exactly what you're looking for and delivers results that exceed expectations. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease. I left the parlour feeling rejuvenated and satisfied with the service.

Unprofessional female nail tech who I se after going through the reviews isn’t a nail tech! They use substandard products and techniques and the nail extensions chipped off in literally 12 days and the studio was unprofessional in handling complaints and blames the customer !
