I wanted to take a moment to share my personal experience with my new apartment and the exceptional provided by Milan “ the property manager”. From the very first interaction, I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the property manager. The entire process, from the initial tour to the lease singing, was handled with efficiency and clarity. Upon moving in today, I was delighted to find that my apartment was not only in excellent condition but also meticulously clean. I truly appreciate the level of care and dedication that the property manager has demonstrated. I found this property and just moved in. I could not be happier. After years leaving in a « cut from the rest of the world » compound, it feels good to be in a place that feels more like a neighborhood development. The quality of the finishing is really good and the facility is top class. I want to make a special mention to Milan, the broker who introduced me to this development and facilitated the deal. I had to travel extensively when I was supposed to move in and was not fully available. She went above and beyond to help me. She is attentive, caring and made things easy and smooth. I give her 6 STARS! And now, I am going to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool after an exhausting day of moving boxes :)

Milan has done a great job, she was extremely professionally and very welcoming. She explained thoroughly the whole process and made me decide very quickly that this is the right place to rent at. She showed me the building’s facilities and was very helpful through the rent process. Everything was completed in less than 48 hours. Great Job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

. The building is amazing, sleek & elegant design, very clean , security and sophisticated. It’s like living in a 5 star hotel all the time. I stayed in the building for almost a year and it was an amazing experience, thanks to Mohamed Almazayed for his outstanding support and hospitality and his ongoing efforts.

لقد تعاملت مع الأخت ميلان وقامت بعملها على أكمل وجه من حيث مرافقتنا للمبنى والشقق والشرح بكل التفاصيل . وابدت تعاونها وتسهيل أمور كثيرة فيما يخص الايجار. تم الايجار الحمد لله وشكر جزيل لها
