Professional and efficient, with good resolution of unexpected issues I arranged an international move from Saudi Arabia to Barcelona, Spain with Aegis Logistics (Alimarabia) and their destination agent Schmidt Global Relocations, and overall I had a very positive experience. From the start, Aegis was responsive and flexible in organizing the pickup in Riyadh. Although there was an unexpected surcharge for shuttle service at destination due to limited truck access, I contacted them and they agreed to refund 30% of the cost as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated. Regarding Schmidt Global, while there were some initial delays due to customs and a failed delivery attempt without prior notice, they quickly rescheduled, and both the planning team and driver kept me well-informed. I received a call the day before and again 30 minutes before arrival, which was very helpful. The delivery team was professional and efficient. They brought all items into my home and carefully placed them exactly where I instructed — in the basement — with no issues or damages. Everything appears to have arrived in good condition. Special thanks to Neetasha and the local driver for their clear communication and coordination in the final stage. Despite a few bumps along the way, both companies showed professionalism and resolved everything properly. I would definitely recommend Aegis and Schmidt Global for international relocations if you're looking for a door-to-door service with a team that takes responsibility and sees things through to the end.
