فیزیوتراپی آفرین فرهی

تجربه بسیار ناامیدکننده‌ای از مراجعه به فیزیوتراپی آفرین فرهی داشتم. متأسفانه برخورد پزشک و نحوه ارتباط با بیمار کاملاً غیرحرفه‌ای بود و احساس کردم احترام و توجه لازم به روند درمان وجود ندارد. در کمال تعجب، روند درمان من پیش از تکمیل جلسات و بدون رسیدن به نتیجه مطلوب به شکل نامناسبی قطع شد، در حالی که انتظار می‌رود در چنین مجموعه‌ای تعهد بیشتری نسبت به ادامه درمان بیمار وجود داشته باشد. تجربه‌ای بود که نه از نظر کیفیت درمان و نه از نظر رفتار حرفه‌ای قابل قبول نبود و قطعاً توصیه نمی‌کنم. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Afarin Farahi Physiotherapy Clinic. The physiotherapist's attitude toward patients was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inconsistent with the ethical standards expected in healthcare. A physiotherapist should treat patients with empathy, patience, and respect, especially when they are seeking help while dealing with pain and physical limitations. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. The manner of communication was dismissive and insensitive, creating an uncomfortable and stressful environment rather than a supportive one. Medical professionals have a responsibility not only to provide treatment but also to uphold basic principles of medical ethics and patient dignity. The behavior I encountered fell far short of these expectations. I would strongly encourage the clinic to address these issues and improve its approach to patient care and professional conduct. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to others. :::
