متأسفانه تجربه بسیار بدی با این شرکت کارگو داشتم. قرار بود اجناس من طی ۱۰ روز برسد، اما حالا بیش از یک ماه گذشته و هنوز هیچ خبری نیست. علاوه بر این، از من هزینه اضافه نیز درخواست شد که آن را هم پرداخت کردم. با این حال، نه بسته تحویل داده می‌شود، نه تماس‌ها پاسخ داده می‌شود و نه هیچ توضیحی ارائه می‌گردد. این رفتار کاملاً غیرحرفه‌ای و غیرقابل قبول است. امیدوارم هرچه زودتر این مشکل حل شود Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this cargo company. am not satisfied with Afghan Cargo’s services because their deliveries take a very long time. They often deliver parcels later than the timeframe they promise. I gave them my clothes for shipment about a month ago, and they still have not arrived. They told me the delivery would take between 10 and 18 business days. The 18 business days have already passed, but my parcel has still not been delivered. Other companies provide better and more reliable services than Afghan Cargo.After one month they couldn’t give me my parcel track number very shit services

I had an excellent experience with this cargo service! They handled my shipment from Kabul to the UK with great care and professionalism. Everything arrived safely and on time. Terrible experience with Afghan Cargo! They lost my ring from my shipment and initially assured me that all items were insured. However, now they are ignoring my calls and not responding at all. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I do not recommend them

Very bad experience with this Afghan cargo company. The employees are unprofessional and dishonest. It has been 20 days and there is still no proper update about my shipment. Every time you ask about your stuff, they don’t even know where it is. They also do not respond to calls or text messages. Extremely disappointing service and very poor communication. Pay $1 or $2 extra and choose a better cargo company. At least you will get professional service, proper updates, and someone who answers your calls and messages. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
