African + Eastern - International City

Bad experience with security, people's are not coming to get item free, can talk politely. Customers have theyere rights to know things Better u must notice the roles in the entrance. Atleast people's no need to talk to security as he very rude The person in the door on 2nd June at 8.47 very rude attitude.

Just visited African Eastern International city branch 2. A while back to grab few items, and heres my experienec.twas definitely a disaster!,poor customer service, No parking, Security staff,without any sense of etiquette. Also, what I’ve noticed, unlike their competitor, which I now prefer because they value women customers by giving them the privilege to go directly to the counter and pay regardless of the amount of purchase, thus bypassing the long line. Unfortunately, not in their playbook. --So how likely I would recommend that establishment?? ----Im Really sorry but...Defo not recommending nah! P.S. One thing I can a solutely recommend is that They review their customer service policies.!

The most awful place I’ve ever been to… They ask you to leave your bag with your phone and money somewhere in the corner, and there isn’t even a proper place like lockers to store your belongings! Just because there may be people who steal there doesn’t mean everyone who comes in is like that!!!

African + Eastern at International City is a solid liquor store with an impressive selection of alcohol. They have a wide variety of spirits, wines, and beers, making it easy to find whatever you’re looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Prices are reasonable, and the store is well-organized, making shopping quick and hassle-free. Definitely a place I’d come back to for all my liquor needs!

Good day , Day 27.02.2026 Time 17.50pm to 16.00 pm Me and my friends went to African eastern in international city , pavilion mall , Me and my friend are waiting for line to to pay the bill , finally we approach the cashier and we told him we want to have separate bill all sadden security come to me and informed me I have to go out I told him we have to pay separate bill, he don’t want to listen to me and he told me before he throw me out I have to go out I’m really trying to explain to me we have to pay separate bill , but he never listen to us extremely rude and and he want to fight with me , I told him can I talk with your supervisor on duty , when I’m waiting for supervisor one more security come and hold my hand saying to me I have to go out before he throw me out I told him I haven’t done anything wrong and explain to him as well and told him I’m waiting to spoke to supervisor, after 3 minutes supervisor come to me and I was informed him regarding the matter, while we talk each other the supervisor ones again security come to us and told me I have to go out I ask him who is here supervisor you or this person, I totally give up cuz I don’t like to fight, and I want to call the police this matter but I keep calm and told to myself I will informed the company regarding, security behavior is unacceptable rude he want to fight without any reason, he make me not go there anymore,I hope you will take the action regarding this matter please review the camera there,

2 days before I have visited this branch and I faced really bad experience. Especially the security person, rude and no respect for the customers. I have seen most of the reviews regarding this branch, the same concern has been shared against this security person. Please take a necessary action or else next time If I face this kind of experience again, I will definitely logged a complaint to Dubai police.

It’s very bad, lines are so long you have to wait 30 minutes to be let in. There is no thought to the cleanliness of the place, frankly disgusting floors are wet and it stinks. Security guard is very rude and invasive, I understand it’s a busy place but there should always be a modicum level of respect when dealing with people, especially when dealing with people. The security guard was pushing me to stand somewhere else, and i am waiting for a response from the manager about this.

It’s an amazing experience… apart from the fact that everyone is treated very nice if you’re a woman you are given special treatment you are worked on first and also we got a reward because I ordered something about 250 dirham and I got one for free so it’s always amazing when I come around

The timing mentioned is 12 am but they close before 11. Bad staff. Very slow. No use. Close it

Security person's are very badfuly behaving with coustomers. Like everywhere we are going to purchase but they just making own rules

I arrived at 9:59 pm, but the security guard prevented me from entering. Despite my explaining that I had traveled a long distance and knew exactly what I intended to purchase, he argued with me for two minutes before informing me that the store was closed and the staff had already left. As a regular customer, I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this place.

I came here on 21.06.25 at 17.04 and there was no AC and no power on the chiller . We forced to take room temperature beers and pushed to stay in the very long queue without AC. Which smell like garbage Sorry to say If in this situation please close the outlet as a smart environment It’s not acceptable It’s very cheap and not acceptable I am also a hospitality person and it’s not acceptable Please understand the customer needs and act accordingly

AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!! horrible experience. no consideration for female customers’ safety. i went there with my husband but they wouldn’t let us enter together. the male queues were super long, and if i wanted to enter with my husband i had to wait in the long queue with him. earlier they would allow women to enter and get their item and leave right away. plus the staff and security’s behavior was extremely disrespectful. are we still in dubai where women’s safety is given priority? i will never revisit here. JVC branch is way better.

The security guy is very he don’t have manners how to talk the ladies and give respect

I have been a customer for 2 years since I relocated to international and they always gave priority for ladies not to queue with the men. Last week I had to wait in line for more than 15 minutes with men just brushing themselves against you while passing, this is not appropriate at all. Look into this because you will lose a lot of your female customers.
