We always coming here we like the place but today the guy who is working there when we pass inside to shopping me and my wife there was a lady who call us kindly and say (excuse me) but the guy was who is the cashier say bro you can not go inside with your plactic bag with bad attitude and the bag was one off them plastic which’s is you can see what is inn and I didn’t put it because they all know me I am regular customer here in week I visit 3 time when I came to pay he told me there was issue yesterday about someone but excuse me am I thief ? even there is no any sign about bag policy but he is acting like he is boss I will never come back here again (and one off the bag was like this even if I put something in it you can see inside and there is only bread and pineapple) you can see how many time I am visiting here and this is just a beginning I spend here since two year

If you're visiting for the first time, you will need to bring your physical ID. They will scan it and thereafter subsequent visits can just be a pic on your phone of the ID As for wine and beers. They have a good enough collection to get that buzz going. 🎶 😝

I am glad I didn't experience any of those prior comments, Instead we were happy to find how this stall was conveniently located within downtown, it was a busy time when we came when everyone was rushing , but we were accommodated well. There was a queue but didn't wait too long. It could be better though that the cashier could advice about the promo, I wasnt sure albeit if it was 250AED worth or something., but we keen to ask in the future.

Great!! Visited it for the first time and there are a lot of options than other store + they have good deals here and discount. Service is great and staff is accommodating to needs. Buying alcohol only in African Eastern 🫶🏻❤️

Ben her zaman eşimle buraya geliyorum genelde içeceklerimizi alan kişi odur ve ben sadece onu izlerim ve her zaman oradaki kişiler ile eşim sıcak kanlıdır ama bugün hiç anlamağım şekilde marketten çıktık ve içeri girdik orada bir kadın sıcak kanlı bir şekilde affedersiniz diye seslendi ama kasadaki kişi yüksek sesle bağırarak ve kaba bir şekilde buraya poşetleriniz ile giremezsiniz dedi birden şaşırdık onu dinlemek istemedi eşim çünkü biz buraya defalarca geliyoruz ve sürekli buradan alışveriş yapıyoruz ve herhangi bir uyarı tabelası bile yok ama ona göre bu yasak ve bu arada benim elimdeki poşet şeffaf içinde ne olduğunu bile görebilir bizi resmen hırsız gibi gösterdi bir daha geri gelmeyeceğiz

Very Disappointed with the Service This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. The cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked him about a drink I was looking for, he didn’t assist me at all — he just ignored me and left me to search on my own. Later, when it was my turn at the register, he made me wait for almost a 15 minutes before I could finally pay. Throughout the whole interaction, he didn’t smile or show any basic courtesy. I left feeling very upset and unwelcome. I expected much better service, especially as a first-time customer.

Ну что сказать, адекватный алкогольный магазин в даунтауне. Цены на многие позиции ниже Москвы. Новозеландский совиньон Блан Матуа около 18 usd. По тяжелому не скажу, так как винный алкоголик. Но приличное пиво при мне брали ящиками. Паспорт и Id проверяют. Работают с 10.00 до 22.00. Русский алкоголь тоже есть.

I am going to this African Eastern for more than 3 years now. Mostly because of the amazing service that one the staff provides, his name is Mark. He always understands what I'm looking for, what I'm in the mood for, and all my preferences! Besides that, he is a great person. Good staff is crucially important, so 5 starts 🧡

One of the oldest E&A shops in Dubai, always great choice, and bringing new brands constantly. Monthly offers and Helpful staff, special "Thank You" to Mark, whom I have known for years 👏👏👏

Dobry i tani alkohol . Najbliżej Burj Khalifa , każdy Polak znajdzie tu coś dla siebie , wymagają paszport ale zdjęcie wystarczy

Difficult to find but once in you can choose from a really great variety of liquors, wines and cold beers, any price range and sizes. Bring your passport if you’re tourist and if not- you can register as well.

The worst customer service ever!

Good place to get your requirements and what i like is there always someone to.help.you. Prices are a little extorinate and know they have a niche market. Would be nice if they would bring the prices down to proper levels instead of blaming tax and vat
