I have visited Afrodivahair Dubai multiple times to purchase wigs and get my installs done, and even bought their branded shampoo and conditioner as recommended for wig care. However, after just two weeks of wear, I noticed bald patches on my wigs. After a wash, the wigs not only shed excessively but also tangled beyond repair, which was shocking given my ten years of experience with wigs and wig care. I reached out several times to discuss the issue, only to be told it was my fault, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. This was particularly disappointing as they charge a premium for their wigs, yet the quality did not live up to expectations. I hate to feel this way, but my experience left me feeling defrauded. I would advise future customers to proceed with caution.

Amazing quality of the product and experienced stylists! I’ve managed to find ginger color wig for me, which is very rare! The stylists customized it for me - made a fringe that I like. Now I feel very confident! Thank you AfroDiva! Highly recommend 👍

Wow what a wonderful service from the staff I really like the hair is very natural it my first time that I use wig and my dad like it .before I feel that is not easy to use because am too sensitive but right now it makes me love it and I feel comfortable to where it outside

I bought a wig LILLY- the best wig I have ever owned in my life. If you want to get the most natural and high quality wig- this one is for you. The volume is amazing and even after wash there is no shedding, silky and very soft. Responsive team and amazing packaging. Highly recommend AFRODIVA

The worse experience ever. Not even worth 1 star. Poor quality and poor customer service. They pressure you into buying and then you are stuck with no exchange or refund policy which they don't mention. Zero consideration to clients. Very poor customer centricity especially for a brand that claims it's "luxury". Please check what customer centric brands do for their clients. Not to mention the quality of their hair extensions. The clips got discolored within less than 1 month and broke shortly after. They didn't know how to properly fix the wig that I got dizzy and almost fainted wearing it as it was super tight and they were telling me "it's normal". And I had to go back twice but they don't know what they are doing. They are charging so much compared to other places for very very poor quality and service. They don't care about the customers as long as the sale is made. I don't recommend at all. The place may be "cute" but it wasn't worth my time or money. I escalated my complains so many times and to the owner even but didn't get any solution. I'm left with products worth thousands of dirhams that I can't use. Such a shame! I never write reviews but I'm very disappointed with this experience. Definitely the worst I've ever had. And definitely not a "luxury" experience. Review your policies and learn about client centricity.

Took a quick appointment at the end of the day and patient until I made my choice. The team were friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the experience and choice of products.

Lovely wigs really happy I got one

I Don't advise to buy any of their blonde wigs as they start falling apart within the first week of wearing them management have no care of maintaining loyal customers just want you to keep spending on new wigs rather than fixing and finding the solution. Poor aftercare services no response back from the owner of this business instead she chooses to hide away from client feedback of complaint.

I was referred to AfroDiva by a colleague and I was happily surprised to find a salon that offers exceptional prices for their services. I was offered the VIP room but declined because the entire salon is VIP. I had lost my wallet earlier in the week, so I had to use cash which I enjoyed having to count out American dollars with the stylist. They offer a variety of drinks for their clients as they wait and have their hair done. No need to bring your own hair, they have high quality hair bundles and wigs. The stylist are pleasant and very kind. I can’t wait to return to the UAE, I will be sure to make an appointment as soon as I return! As well as to order wigs for my mom who has been looking at their website from America and for myself. I am so happy to find a salon far from home that does outstanding work. 🥰

I’ve been going to AfroDiva for 3 years. I love the high standard that Rachel, especially, provides. She’s really been key to my hair being healthy and looking lovely in Dubai. The facilities are clean with modern equipment. And all the ladies are kind and respectful. I highly recommend AfroDiva DIFC!
