Worst experience ever. We made multiple investments with Agency21 across different projects. One of our units was submitted for buyback, and we were assured the amount would be refunded within 90 working days. That deadline passed more than two months ago — and all we've received are post-dated cheques for partial payments spread over the next two months. Even now, the full amount hasn't been paid. This level of mismanagement, false promises, and delay is unacceptable. It was a terrible decision to trust Agency21. We are now pulling out from all their projects, selling all our units, and will not be investing with them again. We are also initiating legal action against Agency21 for breach of commitment and financial misconduct. To new investors: please be warned — stay away. They make fake promises and never fulfill them. Don’t risk your money or peace of mind.

Worst experience ever! I invested in 2 units and completed the 4-year tenure, but now they are refusing to give the cash. We have visited their office countless times, but all we get are empty promises and delays. I’m now considering legal action. Please avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!

Ik banda bhi ismay invest na karey…mainy refund ki liye apply kiya hova tha agreement main 90 working days ka bataya tha or ab pory 7 maheny hovay hai lekin abi tak pesay wapis nahi hovay….dont trust🥲🥲🥲

Great and superb agency staff is very professional

In buying back investment case staff behaved roudly. Which is becoming the cause of disappointment 😞 and unsatisfied behaviour. This is not making/spreading a good atmosphere in the market and new investors are looking at some of other opportunities.

Although I haven't experience them regarding property matters,but here I want to talk about their male employees who have become big problem for the ladies who are employees of of other offices nearby.They stand almost all the time outside the office,smoke there,laugh n smile in a weird way and sometimes pass inappropriate comments to girls who are working in their neighborhood. It is my request to the management of the branch situated in bahria ph.7 ,to pls look in to this matter seriously.
