So many bad reviews, why? Had a pretty decent experience with them given I just pick up my packages from their store but they are fast at processing Have you used the other courier in Cyprus? Ahahaha ACS is pretty good in comparison

Had a delivery that costed 15 euros for shipping, instead of delivering it to my address, it went straight into the ACS store Agios Nicolaos without any information on the why. I will raise this with the corresponding partner in the country of origin, that ACS is causing nothing but headaches and I will not accept business deliveries through them anymore. What a joke!

Extremely helpful the team of Anna, Vaggelis and Viktor. Friendly and very well informed of the requirements for posting an item in Australia. Cheers and many thanks for great service. I will once again choose ACS Agios Nikolaos !!!!

Update: the hours issue is relevant for the holidays season, when some businesses work and others don't. ACS chooses not to update the hours of those specific days. Updating the working hours on google maps for clients sake? No thank you. Clients can guess. Or just come by the store to learn that it's closed. Cuz nobody apparently cares about the service and client experience.

Worst delivery experience. They delivered my order from Limassol to Limassol for a whole week. There was no information about the delivery date. I called and said I wanted to pick up my order the same day. They told me it was at this pickup point. When we arrived, they said they did not have it. We had to come again the next day. Very slow delivery. The app is useless and gives no information at all.

Always fast and reliable service. Friendly staff, quick deliveries, and great communication. Thank you!

For local and international courier service as well as money transfer services. The staff are friendly. Recently they install acs smart point which is very good. Can access 24x7.

How long does it take to deliver from Nicosia to Limassol to an address? A month? Why has the parcel been sitting in Limassol for a week? Do you have just a one-man band working there, that everything takes so long? Why is everything always done so incompetently? When a better service appears on the market, your business will collapse. What a disgrace.

I lived nearby for two years and ordered SHEIN products every 1-2 months, and everything was great! Thank you for the wonderful work.💕

Αγενείς υπάλληλοι γεμάτοι θράσος και ειρωνεία. Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση. Η χειρότερη εταιρεία με διάφορα. Πληρώνεις περισσότερα χρήματα για αποστολή στο σπίτι και σου τα στέλνουν στο κατάστημα για να τα παραλάβεις. Ούτε στα τηλέφωνα μπορείς να τους βρεις ούτε πουθενά.

How can someone contact you if your recovered message is only saying some info?! How can someone talk to you for any inquiries instead of getting of of work and going to one of your locations , especially in Limassol WITHOUT any parking?! Shame

They work good but the location is pretty terrible according to parking spots, which you can rarely find there.

I'm waiting my curtains delivery from Nicosia Ikea to Limassol from 18 of October and it was delivered 4 of November. It was written 4 working days of delivery, but... It's like shipping from another continent. Next time I will think, be or not to be my order!

⭐ 1/5 – Very Slow Delivery I was not satisfied with ACS delivery in Cyprus. I ordered products from Greece, and while the shipment arrived in Cyprus in about a week, I had to wait another 10 days just for them to deliver to my home. That’s extremely slow and disappointing. Definitely the slowest shipping company I’ve dealt with so far.

THE worst service in the world!!!! Zero professionalism. Even though the shipment with home delivery is paid for, it was not delivered. Messages are sent to Viber regardless of whether the user uses Viber. ACS cannot afford to send a regular message. Terrible service that cannot specify a time frame. You have to wait like a dog all day. Be careful because ACS should be closed..they dont care about their customers!

I’m writing this review regarding the entirety of the company and not a particular store. I’m sorry but your new automated call assistant is absolutely useless. When you call the number, you are greeted by an AI voice telling you if your product is from Shein, Temu, etc. to kick rocks and check your emails, you will receive no assistance. The other option is to press 5 and again kick rocks (wait for someone to call you back. Spoiler alert, they never will). Good luck if you need help regarding a package if you don’t go in person. I’m begging, pleading on my knees - for the love of God, please rework your current automated CS to actually connect you to a human being instead of a incredibly useless AI agent telling you to “deal with it” if you need help.

Приветливый персонал, быстрое обслуживание. Бывают очереди, но в целом мне нравится самой забирать посылки. С парковкой тоже не всегда удобно припарковаться рядом. Желаю процветания компании.

The absolute worst courier service in Cyprus. If I could give zero stars, I would. The ladies at the desk act like doing their actual job is too much to ask. I paid for delivery, which means I expect the order to be delivered to me, not to receive a lazy message telling me to come pick it up myself. What is the point of a courier service if they don't even bother to deliver? It’s shocking how they get away with such poor service. Unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
