I’m writing this review regarding the entirety of the company and not a particular store.
I’m sorry but your new automated call assistant is absolutely useless. When you call the number, you are greeted by an AI voice telling you if your product is from Shein, Temu, etc. to kick rocks and check your emails, you will receive no assistance. The other option is to press 5 and again kick rocks (wait for someone to call you back. Spoiler alert, they never will). Good luck if you need help regarding a package if you don’t go in person.
I’m begging, pleading on my knees - for the love of God, please rework your current automated CS to actually connect you to a human being instead of a incredibly useless AI agent telling you to “deal with it” if you need help.
