Aim Fresh Supermarket

Bad service. I ordered in al rigga Aimfresh and i was told to be delivered my order by 8pm. But it didn't came and i called back to follow up and the guy who i was spoke today. Hang up on me without asking me if i had already ordered or not.

good choices of groceries especially for filipinos coz they sell products from philippines, but too bad about customer service, I wanted to buy their 2 viand+rice offer unfortunately they dont have a change for 500 aed bill so they asked me to get a change from outside and come back to pay the exact amount 🤣🤣🤣 and that will be the last time I will visit that place. so embarassing. no wonder why a lot of establishments are closing right now probably becoz of bad service.

cashiers and staffs are moody, even in front of the customers they are complaining of this and that... the only guy who always smile and happy on what he is doing is the pakistani at the fish section. kudos to him. he is for keep.

Very Poor customer service. One aged philipino lady was so arrogant when we asked something related to purchase. And other staffs also... I don't know why they are working there, if the management is bad, then please quit from there and please do something sincerely.

the cashier was not polite and she act like she don't want any sales. bad experience going there.

Very economic prices compared to others 24 hours open and you can watch FOOTBALL OR BASKET BALL upto 11.30 pm daily

You will have good finds and great prices here. Highly recommended specially for searching Filipino items

Very bad, prices are high and cashier is rude
