AirBnB is firmly on the side of the property and not you the one spending money. You will be happy until something goes wrong and then you will understand they do not care about you at all. When you need them most you can be sure they will be polite, but you will lose. Always. I abandoned them years ago and decided to try them again this last year and nope, not only has nothing changed but they are worse. Unscrupulous

Very bad experience. This platform is extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy. There was no proper support for the property or the hostess they work with. They claim to work with a hostess, yet they don’t even know her and cannot reach her when issues happen. They took 5,100 AED from me, and despite the fact that I did not actually use the home, they completely refused to provide any refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they lied to the customer and blamed everything on the hostess. If they don’t know or manage their host properly, then why should customers book through them? There is zero accountability, no customer care, and no transparency. I do not recommend this app at all. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

This is a scam. My family booked, with FULL PAYMENT, before 3months in this appointment for new year holidays. Just before 2days of their arrival, the AirBNB cancel the booking, by stating that owner needs it.!???? No other option were given or replaced. No money was returned either. There is no guarantee that you will get for what u paid for. And this is so frustrating, since price now for the hotels or any other apartments much higher than it was on Sep. I would not recommend this place and think many time before you actually rent it. Even I’m not sure is this the same apartment as on the pic of their website, since no one of the living there didn’t post any with decent proof.

I booked a room in Dubai Jumeriah at Airbnb and when I got there I found out that is partition not seprate room. I get back too early and talked to Airbnb customer service. I did a mistake that I forgot to click pictures as a proof. Airbnb customer service resolved the issue within the 24 hours. That is the height of service and now that host mention partition in his advertise. I am really satisfy with the service of Air bnd.

I want to tell my story with Airbnb in Dubai. This was the first time I had used the platform and to be honest was very dissatisfied and disappointed on how the platform operates and doesn’t protect customer rights at all. We have booked few apartments for our family and one of the hosts lied in the add, they write that the apartment was in Fairmont on the Palm and they put the photos from there. When I booked the apartment and paid within 3 minutes I’ve received the call from the host who told that the apartment was actually not in Fairmont it was just the access to Fairmont but the apartment was in Golden Mile. When we asked to cancel the booking and return the money, the host stopped answering the phone abs only replying the messages that Airbnb are the one who suppose to return the money as it is their policy regarding the refund. We had long conversations by phone and in messages wit Airbnb and at the end they didn’t help, no one returned our money abs we had to rent a new apartment to pay for it again. So We lost 2500 Aed because Airbnb platform allows to put fake listings and after they don’t have any customer rights protection to fix this issue and to remove those hosts from the platform and return money, instead they are covering all this lies and fake apartments. Very disappointing experience

I am really satisfy with the service of Air bnd. excellet cstomer service and staff is very nice with helpful Airbnb Very good experience.

If you want to lose money, you should definitely book here. I booked an apartment, they charged my card. The reservation was not confirmed. The money was not refunded by the company.

لدي تجربة مع هذا الموقع حجزت شقة في دبي وسلمت الشقة نظيفة وبعد ١٢ يوم تم اتهامي بالتسبب بالضرر وهل انا مسؤول من الاضرار بعد التسليم ١٢ يوم وتم تقديم اعتراض بدون فائدة وتم خصم المبلغ والي اليوم لا استطيع إلغاء بطاقة الخصم .

شركة متلاعبه لا انصح في التاجير عن طريقهم تم سرقتي من قبل مضيف وخداعي ولم يتم انصافي من ادارة aribnb حتى الان لم يتم حل مشكلتي وانصافي

لا انصح به اطلاقاً وتجربتي سيئة حيث تم سحب مبلغ مني وتم رفض الحجز ولم يتم اعادته الى الان
