quite good actually 😃.. calm and quiet in the middle of the city.. but one thing i must say, Sometimes security guards think they are IPS officers 😂🤣.. joke's a part, they're very helpful..

Nice and spacious. very windy! well secured place.

Location wise very good. Floors are airy, full of day light. But entry of this apartment is narrow and only one. Security system is very poor. fire fighting equipment /system is not available. Three numbers water body is available around this apartment.

Good community. Good clean apartments. Nearby to airport.

This is not just a complex it is family...healthy environment with decent professional security staff.wide open terrace is the most beautiful place to have some quality time.. peaceful surroundings help you to grab attention at your work.and the most important thing is the location which is merely 10-20 minute away from airport gate no.1.

The people here are filthy and insensitive as hell. They have been harassing us for the last 3-4 months over walking our dog and now it's just complete chaos. A mob of 90-100 people attacked me today & they were all society members. Drunk men physically assaulting, threatening to kill & what not? They previously forced 3 other families to sell their property and move just because of their dogs. Want to attract attention of the Animal Welfare NGOs. @PETA And for the common people, Never buy a flat here. It's not worth your hard earned money. WORST PLACE TO BUY A PROPERTY IN KOLKATA. Here is a pic of the Mob. Doesn't remotely describe what happened today, but still.

Decent recidence near Birati More. 2BHK available, but only North and West facing. Decent size flats. Complex is currently under construction. Aminities are decent including gym, community hall, swimming pool, play grounds, and volley ball court, a temple and other services. Locality is a bit isolated. Neighborhood is decent.

Nice place, situated perfectly inside from main rd to cut the noise. Close to Airport and also Hare Krishna Centre is there ... weekly Spiritual Yoga Program on Gita is held here. Hare Krishna

This is a nice recidecial complex located near jashore road birati crossing. This place is well connected with bus rout and train rout. Sealdah station can be reached within 30- 40 minutes from this place. There is a very good market near to this place. Hospital is also nearby.

Nice place for community living especially for the senior citizens.

Good appartment complex in a excellent location. Maintenance is very good specially the parks and the temple area. All the amenities are present for a good living.

This society has no safety and security, my new car got scratched by unknown persons many times within the society. And beware there is no CCTV within the community except at entry point.

Good place. Play ground temple gym etc r there. Transport easily accessible. But power cut happens.

Temple, Children park, Swimming pool (ongoing) and Community Hall (ongoing) are there. Location is also good. But in Birati location, flat rate is too high.

Superb place to live.....nice view from our balcony...and a lush green lawn with childrens play area. A temple too for religious people.
