Very poor customer service. The staff were busy chatting, watching reels, and making fun of each other instead of helping customers. Even after I reported that I am struggling without a SIM card, they showed no interest to help. Simply asking us to go and come back again and again

Iwent there to extend my SIM card validity date with my visa extension copy and Got very quick, pleasant n satisfactory service there from Mr. Kanikairaj at counter no. 5, thanks airtel n Mr. Kanikairaj🌿🇧🇩

Poor experience. Requested help with replacement SIM for my mother who is unable to walk and 5 days later, still waiting. Calls to help desk are useless and customer care has no ability to help in these cases so we are at the mercy of the local store. Surely when new SIMs can be home delivered, it should be possible to deliver a replacement SIM as well. Airtel customer care does not even have the phone number for the store to reach them which is pathetic. Not Help Desk but Helpess Desk.

They have a good store in the heart of adyar but of no use 👎🏻 When I visited the store they asked me to visit another store which is near to my residence. When i asked for the reason they said “ we will ask you to come often, so it is better with store nearby” And whichever query you ask them their first answer will be a “No” later they will say we will try to see to it. All they are focused is to change the prepaid users to post paid user. Worst customer service 👎🏻👎🏻

Note to all : who ever trying to buy prepaid sim the numbers are reused it seems and common for all service providers Coming to here Airtel: when I visited on a Saturday afternoon they said there are no prepaid sim numbers available ie) prepaid list is not available. Such a reputed showroom doesn’t have prepaid numbers.

Poor customer service at peak ! Do not visit this store. I visited Adyar showroom today and was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. One of the representatives, behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner, which left me feeling insulted and uncomfortable.As an Airtel Black customer with six active connections, I expected a basic level of courtesy and respect.

Very bad behaviours I visited for getting a prepaid connection through the portal but they are not interested in activating the same. They advised me to visit another store to activate, they have only a post paid sim, Another day they told me about a network issue, And the day after tomorrow they closed within 7:15 pm. On the fourth day your portal date expired within 2 days not able to change the network. For the portal network change they are wasting my time for four days. They are not genuine people to work in airtel. Their getting salary can't be digested to them.

Extremely rude and impatient staff. Kept me waiting for 1hour with no indication of whether they are working or have capacity to tend my service request. This woman especially was so short tempered and crass while conversing with me. Disappointing to say the least

One of the worst store branch, staffs lie, don't help, they just sit and look at their mobile. Please don't go here if you need something done. I think they have added a duplicate address for new reviews. I will personally report a complaint to Airtel head office.

Gud place. I gone to port my num. Its only matter of time with my voter id proof. Speed people. Very attentive. But there are some other people who trying to force us to use postpaid sim and trying to use airtel payments bank. Pls avoid those things. If we are interested we ll use.

Front desk person spoke as if he was the owner of airtel, didn't wait to listen to my requests, no empathy and dictated options that won't work out for me. He didn't pause and listen. Won't visit this showroom again

Most of the time they say "server is down". I have no idea what that means. If an Airtel store does not have proper access to Airtel server then what kind of a network is this. They made me run around the store for four times on working days. This store is the sole reason I shifted to Vodafone.

Worst service. I went there on saturday for change of corporate to individual connection. Given all KYC and basic documentation. The relevant representative asked for irrelevant and unnecessary documents and did not entertain my request. Worst customer service

I have went there to get duplicate sim. After 10 minutes wait, they attended me. People here are usually slow to respond to customers. The sim card costed me ₹25.

The only plus is it's location. The executives are not so welcoming type. Average interiors and appearance. Customer service needs a lot of improvement on how to deal with users and their issues.
