Wonderful service. I wanted to purchase new pre-paid sim and add to airtel black there was so much confusion iny airtel Balck where earlier number were added in wrong manner the team of WILSON , JULIET AND AYYAPPAN mande a wonderful job and took time and ensured all my sim are added to black on the right manner also. The overall cost was reduced and effective plan was given thanks for the excellent service

I want to give zero or negative rating, as I don't have an option giving 1 Star... Worst customer service for prepaid customers .... They don't even have records of service request number for prepaid customers... Have raised a request for name change 2 months ago... Within 2 months, 3 customer care representative got changed ... Each new representative don't know about the service requests given to the previous customer care representative...No track/ records of service request.The representative of this Nov 2025 month, don't have clarity on what he is doing and very rude. For a simple name change request, I am following them for 3 months....

I have been visiting the Airtel showroom on alternate days for the past two weeks, and they keep giving me the same response every time. Yesterday alone, I went there and waited for 45 minutes. They attend calls, cut the calls midway, talk among their team members, or engage with other customers, but they do not properly address my issue. Their behaviour is very unprofessional. I am not getting any clear update or resolution.

I had a very bad experience at this store. I waited for more than an hour, but the staff didn’t respond properly. I went there because my SIM was missing and I wanted to replace it. However, the staff (especially Gokila and team) told me to recharge ₹199 first, saying they would “check the condition.” Instead of helping with the SIM replacement, they kept trying to push me to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid. It felt like they were more focused on business targets than customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Easily identifiable location opposite to GRT. Ground floor. 3/4 cars can be parked. Not crowded. But services, you need to wait for minimum 20-30 minutes. Inside 4 people are sitting n chatting, but they will never attend customers. If you have all the documents ready, then no problem. They will NECER tell anything on the first time. So be prepared to come minimum 3 to 4 times. Always, be prepared to wait. They are NOT for customer service. Always only one person only attend customers.

Ms.Kokila was a really nice and informative sales person.She explained everything with patience and was really helpful in getting me a Postpaid sim swiftly.

I went in the evening and there was only one customer service executive available. She tried to convince me to take a higher plan and when I chose a lower plan, she became rude and the way she spoke changed drastically. There was some technical glitch in receiving OTP for porting and she created such an unpleasant experience for a couple of minutes delay that I ended up saying I don't want an Airtel sim and walked out of the store. There was just one customer apart from me and she acted as if the world is falling apart. This kind of behaviour is not expected in a company like Airtel. Disappointed and angry with this!

Very worst airtel is good for nothing. After service is very bad and they don’t respond to customers at all I have been facing this issue since 2 yrs and I’m willing to file a serious complaint against them . Do not opt for airtel Fiber . The quality of the speed is also not great and they keep on postponing and service is not good at all. DONT GET AIRTEL AT ALL !! Don’t go for it ull regret it .

Visited the Airtel store in Velachery. The customer service executive Ms. Gokila was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and helped all the customers visiting the store. Ms. Gokila is truly an asset to the company.
